    Frank was great. Didn’t pull any punches, was straight with me and while I may not like the outcome and having to possibly replace the unit, I appreciated his knowledge, patience and honesty.

    Shawn did a very good job. They were able to do the job on the day the problem developed. We appreciated them being able to get right on it. Shawn did a nice job of explaining how things worked.

    I had a terrible experience with Burton AC. I called them to inspect my furnace and they provided me with false information, claiming that my furnace had safety issues that could potentially harm my family. They then tried to pressure me into purchasing a new furnace from them, despite the fact that my current furnace was functioning properly. When I asked for more information and requested to fill out an insurance form, they became defensive and refused to help, claiming that the form was asking for too much information. This behavior is extremely unethical and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone looking for furnace services to avoid Burton AC and find a more honest and reliable company.

    Aaron was accompanied by Jeremy and between the two found the issue in no time. Had a breaker box issue. They worked very respectfully and thoroughly explaining everything. Will definitely be working with them again! Not to mention had me taken care of same day. Thanks again

    The tech came out to my house. Did an amazing job. He explained everything to me. Told me exactly what he was going to do and got my sync up and running and no time at all. Thank you I appreciate his help.
