    Keenan was fantastic! He was very personable and helpful took a lot of time to explain things to me so that I understood them, and gave me a bunch of helpful tips and tricks! I would highly recommend this business.I would highly recommend this business.

    We had a clog issue in our house on 1/31/23 and found it to be a much bigger issue with a collapsed main sewer line. Had an estimate made up with a ridiculous price but had about no other option since they could be there next day to fix and was told they would be in and out in 3 days. Got home from work on the first day to find that everything being done was not what was part of the estimate to do. Was told it would be cheaper to go this route so asked for an estimate to be remade. Never received an updated estimate. Also was never updated on anything during process even after complaining that as the home owner that I would like to be in the loop when things change especially when it's going to cost me 20 thousand dollars. Was told that they would have to have a pump put in the basement still so they started on that. When they finished getting everything hooked up in the basement I got home and it looks absolutely terrible. Pipes sticking up blocking the door from fully opening and there is no possible way of putting the sink back in and they told me it will go back where it was. Called back and had manager come look at everything and was told they will find another way of routing the pipes. Also Darren would keep changing subjects to avoid answering any questions we have. Was told that they would keep the price of the original estimate because they are losing so many thousands of dollars. It has now been over a week later and nothing has been done to fix the situation. I have called almost every day trying to get it figured out. It is now 2/13/23 and nobody has been out in days to fix the basement or replace the drywall that was tore out upstairs. Have been calling to talk numbers with anybody in the company and keep getting told I will get a call back and I never get one. I've been hearing that for the last 2 weeks and nothing. This has been an absolute nightmare to deal with and calling the customer service number is pointless. They don't do anything to help you

    Justin G ..came too my house filled out and helped me fill out a member for the year..Did a. Great job on my Sink unclogging that is .lol..This guy is a keeper..:0)..lol..Thumbs up !!

    Allen did an outstanding job replacing my bathroom exhaust fan. He went the extra mile to to get a part needed to modify my 3" duct to work with the 4" connection on the new fan's housing. Couldn't be happier with Burton.

    To whom it concerns: I called Burton and Phil came out on 1-12-23. I said that I would like to get a battery back up sump pump system. We went down and he looked at where the current system (single pump) was. I told him that the current system is new because the house is a new build (1 year old). He said that Burton didn't use a single battery back up system but used a dual system. He said it would cost about 3000.00 dollars. I said I wouldn't pay over 2500.00. He said wait a minute and I will go out to my truck and write up an estimate. He came back with several estimates written down and I chose the estimate that was 2666.37 dollars. The next day Grant come to install the dual pump. I was waiting for an invoice to appear, it never did. I was in the dark how much the labor cost was, what type of sump pump and who the manufacturer was. I took a picture of model number off the box . Grant did say that you guys buy them from Ferguson. I did a research and found the sump pump to be 805.00 dollars. I looked up the Marine battery, it was about 200.00 dollars. Right now I have a cost of about 1005.00 dollars. Since I don't have an invoice I have no idea were 1666.37 dollars went to. I'm sure labor, Mark up and overhead but again I have no idea. Secondly, I know that Phil has years of experience because it showed on his profile. I am new to having a basement in a house, but when I was next to sump pump with Grant, I noticed a drain in the same utility room. I ask Grant how this drain functioned and he said it is for overflowing water, I ask him how it worked, he said the water from the drain takes the overflow of water outside and away from the house. My point, shouldn't Phil have known that I didn't necessarily need a back up system because of the drain. He is a professional plumber and he didn't even mention this. I guess he wouldn't be a good salesperson then, right? Bottom line I feel slighted and want to no what can be done. I am a senior citizen.

    We are sorry to hear that you are upset about pricing. When our technicians visit with clients, they talk with them to go over any and all issues and then present a range of options to the client with upfront pricing so that the client can choose the right price and services that they want. Our technicians do not perform any work unless the customer agrees to the work and the price. We feel our pricing is comparable to similar companies in the area, and we feel we provide good value.

    Not once did I mention or complain about pricing. What I did complain about was the fact that I never received an invoice. Not once did anyone mention the sump pump brand. They also took my fairly new sump pump with them when they left.
    Jason acts like a concerned Manager. Not once has he talked to and ask me anything but he ( see above ) has already drawn conclusions that his company was appropriate in ever way. I might add that the day the tech installed the equipment I called Jason and it just so happens that he was leaving for the day.at the time I called
