    Frank was very professional and knowledgeable regarding our heating system, he explained everything in detail and was able to take care of our issue right away. I would highly recommend Burton A/C Heating and Plumbing company. I will definitely use them again.

    Mark is a very knowledgeable plumbing tech, does a very thorough inspection and let's the homeowner know what is needed and gives estimates to let the homeowner decide what repair work or replacement they want to do.

    T'kayeh was Professional and quick checking and cleaning our furnace on our annual inspection/cleaning service. All was good for winter except for keeping our electronic filter system clean monthly as we usually do.

    Professional, thorough and honest. I recently had my system checked for the winter. Other than some cleaning issues, all checked out well. Daniel took his time, explained all my options and never made me feel pressured. He was extremely polite and left everything the way it was before. I really like how they show you exactly what's going on instead if expecting you to take their word for it. Great job, Burton A/C!

    This was my first HVAC service and safety check and Johnny ************* was the technician. My unit checked ok with only a couple of issues noticed from the initial install. I was provided the recommended solution and prices if I decided to have these issues corrected. I will get other quotes before proceeding but Johnny did a good job of explaining as he was performing the HVAC service. If anything changes regarding this service appointment I will report back.
