    Every time I call Burton, I get the same message that their phones are not in service. I have called 4 different numbers and it's all the same. I have let their customer service know every time that this is what is happening. It's never been fixed. Now, anytime I need to schedule yearly maintenance on my furnace/ A/C, I have to send an email and wait for someone to call me back. I guess if you have a Verizon phone, you won't be able to call them. Also, this past summer, I had a technician come out because my A/C wasn't working. They came out and figured out what went wrong, said it was fixed and went on their way. A week later, I had to call back because it wasn't working. The technician informed me that the last person hadn't hooked back up the wires so it wasn't working at all. He got everything hooked back up and it ran just fine. Honestly, at this point, I really wish I would have gone with a different company.

    Very thorough inspection and cleaning of our furnace system. Burton's tech explained what he was doing and he answered all of our questions. We have used Burton for our HVAC needs for 3 years. They are timely and very professional. We also appreciate their support of the NE Humane Society.

    Could not be more pleased with Burton. A big shout out to Grant and Gavin. We did not have water due to the extreme cold. It was not an easy problem to solve and fix....but they did! Between the two of them, they continued working until we had water. They were both professional and dedicated to solve and fix our problem. .
