Technician provided a furnace check. He checked inspected and reported on the condition of my unit. Explained what parts needed replacing giving me options to replace parts myself. I was very pleased with the experience.

I wanted to leave a review for Shawn from Burton. He came out today as I had a leaking water heater that turned out to have a cracked tank & needed to be replaced. Shawn was very nice, personable & explained all the options for replacing it. He was very professional & knowledgeable as well.
