Arrived on time and was very nice. Used oscilloscope to show me the internal condition of my 27 year old furnace. Needless to say, I was not happy at what I saw. The furnace was rusting, pitted and full of pet hair. The blower drum was completely clogged with pet hair and needs to be replaced. Additionally, the drum motor was leaking oil and was ready to lock up soon. I have had the furnace inspected by several local companies over the years, but Burton took the time to thoroughly inspect the unit and show me what others should have caught in the past! Highly recommended and will be my go to HVAC company moving forward.

5 starsCompleted job as needed and expedient in his efforts to take care of my home needs after the initial job completion had some lingering concerns and problems.
Received extra attention to take good care of my warranty work job as i had spent a considerable amount of money to install a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen.
