    I would recommend Direct Home Medical for **** needs. I chose *** because they are listed as an authorized dealer on the ****** web site and that fact is noted on their web site. They responded quickly to my inquiries and the customer service *** was very helpful in helping to iron out a snag with my prescription. They were able to quote me a price that allowed me to be able to afford a better quality machine than I had hoped for. (I am pleased with it.) It shipped the same day that my prescription arrived at their office and arrived by *** when promised. Since there were no problems with my machine I cannot speak to their response to this kind of thing but hope that it would be consistent with my experience.

    So far so good. My fault re getting RX to them, my ********* is very slow. Once they got it, machine shipped fast. Used it last night and its great. The app works nicely. Great so far. Nice folks on the other end of the keyboard.

    Always like and try to use BBB accredited businesses. Had exactly what my wife wanted ( clear 25 oxygen tube w/ connectors) to help hide the former green tube hanging in plain sight. Quick delivery!
