    Kyle and Scott were fantastic. Although there were some big issues with getting the right replacement parts, they followed through and got the boiler back up and running - before the big cold snap! Thank you

    Another HVAC company was unable to resolve the problems with my boiler. Trombly Plumbing and Heating was able to fix it and I now have my heat and hot water back. Yea! The techs (Alex, Kyle and Scott) were great; knowledgeable, professional and personable. The office staff too was friendly and helpful and worked to schedule the service visits as soon as possible. I am very happy with the experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use Trombly Plumbing and Heating again.

    I have been using Allied Septic Services for close to 40 years. They are simply terrific and professional when they come over every 3 years to clean out my septic tank. Dave who came over this time was the best technician I have ever had. He explained everything he was doing and discussed the science around keeping a septic system operating properly.

    Only three stars not because of the tech’s. Kyle & Jonathan did a fine job, I’ve had Kyle for several years and he comes back by request. I’ve never had better. However, it’s too bad I can’t say the same for the office staff. I had a 4 hour window, 8 to noon, after 5 hours and not hearing from anyone, I called and was told he’d be here soon. After telling the woman answering the phone that a courtesy call would have been appreciated, she told me that she was going to call me “as soon as she got through talking to the person standing next to her “. I told her that I’d been waiting 5 hours, she said they were only one hour beyond the 4 hour window. The conversation then became a little heavy, not the first time with she and I, an apology would have been acceptable but she’s not capable of doing that.
    I dread calling the office for anything, I shouldn’t, I’m the customer, but I don’t need to be.

    I've been using Bill Trombly for all my HVAC and electrical needs in my new home. They are super friendly, professional and thorough! Alex has been by twice form maintance on an old boiler and new mini-split. Everything is tip top! He answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.
