    I ordered a 6 gallon moonshine still Ms***** with an upgraded thumper and worm seven months ago. I was hoping to receive it last month, but unfortunately it wasn't delivered at all. I'm hoping that I will get the item this month. I would be truly grateful for it.

    Placed my order online for a product costing $699 on April 7th 2022. The payment was processed by my bank the same day. Delivery was quoted as 4 to 6 weeks. I still have not received the product or a refund as of todays date June 8th 2023. I have sent several messages to them on their website chat and have not received a reply to all of them. I also have left multiple voice messages and text messages. I have had a few responses that all have a similar pattern of supply chain and employee issues and committent to ship in a few weeks. I called their phone number on April 6th 2023 and Mr Z**** answered the call he then proceeded to give me a whole list of personal issses he was experiencing that caused my product delay. At the end of the call he stated that he would ship within three weeks or refund my money if he didnt ship. Since then I have heard nothing and not getting any responses to my attempts to talk with him

    I ordered a product on November 15, 2022. On this companies site it states that I would receive the product within 1 month. However they have continued to push and push this order. I asked for a refund and they refused. They then said it would be delivered by January 12,2023 in December. However that day has come and gone and now they are stating that they need more time.
    I think this is a scam.

    I placed an order online at American copper works on Friday November 4th. As payment was placed I was Contacted by my bank because the purchase looked odd and was flagged as potential fraud. I attempted to contact the company several times but didn't get a response as weeks go by so I decided to go thru with the banks recommendation. As I tried again to make contact via phone I got a text message stating to respond by text which I did. I received a text message with a snap shot of a web page showing a order form. I attempted to communicate and asked questions on the order by asking the person basic questions about my order for it seemed like I was just getting pre recorded messages and not anwsering my questions . Two days later I received an email this time a text with same info as the previous screen shot of a website but this I immediately followed up with my reply asking if they could verify my name and address and again asked basic questions about the order to verify if they would respond with that information or just a prerecorded message. I didn't get a response until messaging them today Wed November 23rd 2022 I stated I would like a refund of my money for I feel I have been frauded. I received 5 calls with in seconds the caller on the phone asked what my problem was I stated I ordered Nov. 4th and today is Nov23rd and have been trying to get intouch . The caller stated he doesn't issue refunds I asked him what he refused to return my calls or answer my questions his response was he doesn't return calls for he doesn't deal with stupid people I explained my issues and and the person on the phone asked what I would like to do I said I don't feel he was being professional and I feel I'm being taken and want my money back. His response was good luck and hung up the phone. I'm out $600 . I have saved all emails, text messages and recorded phone conversations that I can provide to back my statement .

    We are confused as to how you feel like you are "out $600" when you clearly stated at the beginning of this complaint  that you contacted and initiated a chargeback for this order.  

    Your complaint is borderline  slander / defamation  you were being a brat because we didn't respond fast enough.   .... I didn't call you stupid though.  Sorry you had a hard time. 

    So you are saying you don't have the money credited back?  Because on our site we have a chargeback placed for your order

    We want to help you. Please respond when you can.

    January 22,2022 , I put an order in for a 5Gal. still . I did not get a purchace number . It was paid by credit card for 549.00 dollars. I have called many times and only got a pre recorded message. I left many E-mails to no responce.I sent aletter to them on July 28,2022 only to have it returned unable to forward..I would like to get the item I ordered or my money back.

    we uploaded a pdf that shows the fed ex tracking information. this unit was delivered to swartz and was have not heard from him since the complaint was made.  we are sure he is satisfed with our product now.

    I contacted what I thought was Prime Stills to ask questions about products and shipping times the person claiming to be the owner (Jon) was extremely rude and was not helpful. When I asked how long it would take to receive an order if I placed an order for a 20 gallon unit he said less than a week. I told him I would think about it. I called back on 8/27/2022 to confirm things and he was even worse this time he kept referring to The Distillery Network and that it would be 4 to 6 months. He called me an *** **** when I asked about Prime Stills and at that point I felt like he was scamming me so I hung up. I’m glad I didn’t place an order

    customer was asking for a faster shipped product so i recommended another site but he kept insisting he wanted me to build the product so i told him how long it would take if he ordered with us direclty.  im sorry for the inconvenince we caused this customer as well as the miscommunication.

    Ordered a 5 gallon still. I paid with a Chase credit card on January 22,2022 for a price of 549.00$.I did not receive it I've called many times to get a recorded message .I've also E-Mailed to no reply..I mailed a letter to them explaining the situation but it was returned ,unable to forward.
