      Just wanted to let you know that I love your YT videos so much! They are extremely helpful when trying to figure out what's going on with my car & can I fix it myself? If it turns out that potential issue has to be done by a professional I can at least have an intelligent conversation not drowning in ****************************** I don't have a channel, platform or Insta to support, just a regular person that wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all the work you do.

      I was beyond delighted with my recent experience (6/2025) using mail order through *********** for a part I needed to fix my car. The shipping was free, the part arrived on time, but unfortunately I had selected and ordered the wrong part and then needed to contact customer service to inquire about **************** I was immediately thinking Id likely have to pay the shipping cost to return it and wondered if it would even be worth the ************** But to my surprise, contacting their customer service department was very easy and they promptly replied asking me only two questions before offering me a remedy that was far above my expectation. I was absolutely stunned by their response and excellence in customer care. Ill certainly be at ease when ordering from them again in the future!

      The refund I asked for has been resolved to my satisfaction. Getting to that resolution was a little difficult and believe 1A Auto should review their return and refund policies to make the procedure more user friendly.

      Hi. I just wanted to say I love that a lot of your products have the corresponding ******* instructional videos embedded directly within the parts you're looking for. This extra step is so helpful and makes 1A auto a really top tier experience. Also, the fellow that can be heard in all the videos Ive watched takes his time and is easy to understand. The videos are what brought me to 1aAuto to begin with. Great work!
