      Horrible service and they can’t guarantee delivery. I am waiting on my refund still. Company told me in order to get a refund I need to wait 5 days to make sure I don’t get the package.

      I order some hub bearings for my car as I was waiting on UPS for delivery I get a email saying my items where delivered so I go downstairs to get my items it's nothing there call 1A Auto about my issue and was told that I signed for my items this is not true,My items where left outside by my front entrance of my building 1A Auto will not refund my money I've asking to see the signature to compare to my Driving License signature they didn't email me the UPS signature but ask for a picture of my Driving license this place is not a good place to do business please don't do business with 1A Auto

      I ordered the wrong kit for my car, paid $90 to ship it back, ordered the correct kit, was sent the wrong part by THE COMPANY and was told too bad they gave me $65 out of $240 back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Is there a rating for zero stars? I ordered a package consisting of calipers and hoses, brake pads, and rotors for all 4 wheels. The package arrived without the 4 calipers and hoses. When I inquired about the missing calipers and hoses I was told they weren’t actually included. I asked for this to be escalated due to the “bait-and-switch” listing they are pulling on their website. They said they were fixing the listing as it was incorrect but, basically, “too bad,” on their mistake. I am so disappointed. I was excited to try the products. Now, I am planning to return it all as I still have to get the calipers/hoses. I know mistakes happen, but the handling of it is leaving me extremely frustrated.
