      I received a package from 1A Auto
      And there was a lot of Minor damages done to the contents inside I have sent pictures directly to the company and they have said that they would "OK" to install even with damages, the contents were just thrown into a box with no packing material and can clearly see damage on the box and the contents inside and they would not send me any replacements whatsoever I have contacted them directly as well and still no answer , DO NOT BUY FROM 1A Auto , they are scammers

      I bought front suspension parts a 2012 Kia Optima Lx. I followed their website prompts when selecting parts for my vehicle. All parts with the exception the axle did not match. Spoke with a representative regarding my parts, will not let me speak nor explain things, while refusing to issue correct parts, or a refund. Decline parts back unless paid $168 for shipping. Insisted their website did not allowed selections and prompting notes indicating to call before placing an order. Insists my fault, continue to sell the correct parts if paid $108 dollars vs $168 for the shipping. Vowed to send correct parts and if wrong 1A auto will paid for the returns. I agreed to $108 for shipping back parts, notes included if parts were wrong I wasn’t going to be penalize. Paid over the phone for the correct parts. Received the parts and they match match. Bushing’s quality terrible. 1AAuto charge $148 dollars for shipping incorrect parts. Ask them why they did not honor verbal agreement refuse refund indifference. Bad review for customer service, poor management, and inaccuracy information. No accountability or offer solution to customers losses. Disputing the shipping indifference with my credit card! Initial order $645.93 - $99.05 axle (tax included) refund balance $555.88 - $148.98 shipping cost of incorrect parts remaining balance $406.90. Refund $387.99. They own $18.47(refunded). Avoid this bedevilment company, shop with companies that issue free return. Disputing the following
      1) Would not accept or held accountable for website improper prompts inaccuracy: use a vin number updating prompt to correct current inaccurate prompts.
      2) Does not honor verbal agreement over the phone failing: provide help to ease customer losses.
      3) Requests atomize bill subtract accordingly with your state tax charges, refunds, and deductions: they will decline refunds or fail to give a proper refund.
      4) Terrible quality product!

      Thank you for leaving us a review! I checked into your order and it appears it was put on hold because there was an issue with the shipping address. We reached out to you back on 3/31/23 by phone and email, but we did not get a response until 4/8/23. You ended up verifying your shipping address and the order has been shipped! The UPS tracking number is ****************** and is on the way!

      I will absolutely never use this company again. I own a fleet of trucks and we typically order all of our parts online. We decided to use this company for a mirror replacement. 3 months later the mirror started to separate making it unusable and UNSAFE on our vehicle, additionally the defrost option is not working very well. I contacted support and they said this mirror does not properly fit my truck, I pulled the mirror details and fitment check from THEIR site noting it said it fit. They told me they are unable to replace the mirror because it does not have a defrost option, please note this is not listed anywhere on the product page, also the product page does not give a list of options for me to select when ordering the part to 100% confirm the fitment, how convenient. The mirror will now be thrown in the trash along with my $400. Order ************

I apologize for your previous interaction where we told you it was not. A replacement order will be shipped out today, and you should have the replacement in the next few business days!       They sold me crappy wheel hubs, bearings are junk then no refund. I rate A 1 auto a zero stars. Their bearings are dangerous bad ,don't waste your money and time. I would call them fraud ,rip off no refunds but will give you more scrap bearings to waste your time.

      This company is a rip off I ordered fuel injectors by mistake instead I should have ordered coil packs soon as the package arrived didn't open it instantly took it to FedEx and returned it they received it the next business day I paid to have it overnighted contacted them provided them with the tracking number they confirmed they received it and they are making me wait before I can get my refund of $172.99 the agent informed me that they have to inspect the package remind you the package was in the same condition as it was shipped the same tape they used to take the Box Etc never was open and the Aging informed me that it will be additional two business days for them to inspect the package and then I will have to wait additional 3 to 5 business days for refund they will never get my business ever again they are very unprofessional if a customer telling you the package was never open and it still got the same tape that your company put on it in the same box it should not be a problem to refund me my money soon as possible as quick as they took it off my card

      Absolutely pathetic when it comes to returning items. I tried to return item it tells me to fill out a form and when I open the email there’s no form. I tried multiple of times.

      My last purchase with 1A Auto was one of the worst purchases I have ever had online an continues to be due to the fact that my items that are being processed by them for return are still getting processed a week later. They should change their slogan to "we don't get your parts right at all" instead of " get them right the first time". My parts that were confirmed to fit by them didn't even fit with each other after receiving them the first time then after contacting them I got told the part was defective. Which it wasn't an after receiving another of the exact same part I reached out to them again trying to pleed my case only to be given the same song an dance that you get when they can't figure what's going on their end. Moral of the story I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them unless it's a universal part that fits every make an model but then again they still might get it wrong an not have an answer for you other than "we don't have your part after reviewing what you ordered" because they don't even know how to navigate their own inventory. 3 weeks later wrong parts an still no refund because it's "being processed ".
