    I purchased a sig mcx ***** **, along with the rifle I purchased a non sig Supressor. Upon purchasing I learned that the muzzle brake can be quite the task at removing, after a few failed attempts I sent the barrel into sig. Sig had the audacity to tell me that the barrel was rusted on and the brake couldn't be removed due to my attempts. A quick ****** search will show how it's nearly impossible to remove the brake from the barrel. I am a huge sig fan but this is simply unacceptable. Blaming a customer for something that is clearly a design flaw is a huge slap in the face. They would not send me my original barrel back and charged me $700 for a replacement.

    I purchased two safeties for two P365s/ from Sig Sauer but they will not send me the parts or refund my money. They claim to have no record of my payment. I want the safeties or I want my payment refunded. I encourage everybody to avoid purchasing a Sig Sauer product. The are very dishonest and corrupt.

    I have been waiting for Sig to honor their rebate offer for 5 months now after I purchased my Sig P226 ******* a P226-XFIVE and get a free p365 after mail-in rebate. Offer valid from Sep 3, 2024 through Oct 31, 2024 I have been waiting since October 2024. And they no longer respond to my emails. Im tired of hearing they under estimated the response and they have no idea when they will honor this rebate. I guess my next step is the New Hampshire Secretary of State. Im not sure what to do next. I will send them an email.

    Had an issue with the grip module interfering with the recoil spring when cycling the slide on a P365. (With this issue the firearm still functioned and fired without any problems.) Called customer service and explained the issue. With a few questions and excepting my explaination on what the issue was, Sig Sauer is sending me a new grip module free of charge. Great customer service experience. I have owned two Sig firearms and this is the first issue I've had and they took care of it right away.

    Military pro discounts are hard to come by. You would think if a company got the army contract that they would be happy to give great discounts for military veterans and active duty members. Just ship to the closest fll and let them have them. Not have to jump through hoops

    I paid nearly $30 for expedited shipping on my order. I paid on a wednesday and expected it to arrive before the weekend as it is a gift. The item wont arrive for another 4 days even though I paid for 2 day shipping. I called Sig Sauer and they told me theres nothing they will do for me. I could have just gotten free shipping had I known it would take 5 days to get to me. This company has no customer support either. Youd think for us customers paying premium price on items, there would be more support. Unfortunately, Sig is losing a valued customer in me. Customer service spoke condescendingly as well and I was rudely asked DID YOU READ THE SHIPPING POLICY? Um nowhere in the shipping policy does it say that if I pay for expedited shipping, it will arrive in 5 days and Ill get no customer support. I wish I could have been refunded the $30 I paid for expedited shipping but unfortunately, Sig Sauer does not value its customers.

    Sig Sauer lost a longtime customer. I paid $24.95 for expedited shipping on an $11.99 taper cap and it won't arrive until 5 days later, which is too late for my trip. I reached out to customer service and was given the run around, told it was my fault, and that I have to eat the shipping charge. Between the egregious shipping cost and the attitude from customer service, I will never buy another Sig product again.

    Customer service sucks!!!!!!?? I bought a tango 4 6-24x50 mrad paid just over 900 bucks for it, the windage was screwed up so I sent it in and I received an email they are sending me a new whiskey 4 5-20x50 that sells for $475. Called up sig and they told me that’s there replacement for the tango but I lose over 500 dollars?????? how does this makes sense. Sig sauer are ******** people over!!!!!!!!

    My Package had been stolen due the shipping courier not delivering the package as directed. I reached out to Sig Sauer to get a “claim release form” as instructed by the delivery company. Adam, is the individual I spoke with and I felt like he was being very condescending stating “well there’s a picture that package was delivered” This was the reason I filled the claim with FedEx. They messed up! I don’t have time to keep repeating myself and being accused of lying is how I felt when so spoke to Adam. To my surprise, Adam said he’d get another one shipped out to me ASAP. A few weeks had passed since the phone call, I heard nothing. Come to find out Adam decided to back order my item with no upcoming delivery date. I spoke with a representative by the name of Chris and he was the most helpful person that I had come across. He had the item ship out to me the same day. I believe as consumers we need to recognize people that go above and beyond the help costumers feel appreciated. Chris handled this issue with the utmost professionalism. Thank you Chris, keep up the good work and I wish you a great upcoming year.

    Purchased 2 mags nov28 with expedited shipping which was 25 dollars extra total 130 never received the mags I called got ran around about a refund that never happen so for my boys trip had to purchase in store called again before thanksgiving only to find out they never put a refund in only a credit didn’t want a credit I wanted a refund. Then was told I lose the 25 dollars shipping only can be put on a credit im disappointed
