    Customer service is lacking. Thank God the firearms are not the problem. Ordered a laser optic and the 2 mounting screws are teeny tiny and one was cross threaded in at the factory so just trying to get the 2 out to install the optic was impossible. One came out other stripped the allen head. Used a tiny reverse drill bit and tried to back screw out and drill off the head instead as screw was that seized in. Took 3 attempts with locking pliers to remove the rest. Surprisingly the ther screw ran in and out that hole fine so I messaged and was instructed to call sig. Sig says we don't have those screws separate so they want to send me a return label. I waited a week and checked spam folder too. Nothing. Went to ace and found the screws for 75 cents each. I got 4 so now I have spares if needed as I have the a flashlight with same screws on it on my other p365.
    Hope the service on firearms is better than on optics but typically if service is lacking....it's lacking.
