    Someone named Richard calls once to twice a day, everyday from different phone numbers. No where on the website can I find a place to request that these calls stop. I would like them to stop. This is harassing behavior and shouldn't be allowed.

    Call multiple times a day from different numbers, most of them come up as spam in caller id

    We typically receive a call from Marcam Associates once a day, sometimes multiple times a day. We are a county-funded drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, and typically the names of the people Marcam is looking for are not residents or staff at our facility. Even if they were, our confidentiality policy restricts us from releasing ANY information about residents to a 3rd party. As such, we cannot field any calls from this agency and would appreciate if our number was put on a DNC list. Thank you.

    Richard calls me between 3-7 times per day from numerous telephone numbers. It is harassment at this point and it disrupts my work day. All calls need to cease as of today, 10/6/2022. If they need to reach me, they should mail proof of what they are requesting to my mailing address that has not changed within the past 15 years, in an envelope which shows their name on it.

    We have placed the phone number ending in 8117 on our DNC. We have also mailed a statement to the address on file per the request of this complaint as well. Our name is not on the outside envelope as that is a direct violation of FDCPA regulations.  We pulled phone records and are not placing multiple calls in a day, and are compliant with the 7 in 7 regulation per Regulation F.

    I have received two random bills in the mail from this company. The first time it was *********** 4 and this time it is ***********2...both have been for a couple of thousand dollars. There was not a place on their website where I can request them not to contact me so I am doing it this way. I do not owe any money to any health entity so I know that this cannot be legitimate.
    There is also no information about what it is I owe for and who it is specifically for. The letter is very generic and looks easy to mass duplicate.
    Please stop contacting me.

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because you are mailing me items - you need to remove me from your mailing list. Also, I checked the account number that you gave me on *********** and nothing came up. If you have proof I owe the bill, then you should be able to give me those details. If you cannot provide proof, then I clearly do not owe money. If *********** does not have me on their website as owing a balance, then I do not have one. Your response is very unsatisfactory.

    Representatives fr om Markham call at all hours of the day and evening, several times a day. I have a formal dispute pending for the balance they claim I owe and I have told them that and they continue to call and harass me.

    This is the first time we have received a DNC request from the consumer. We have placed the phone number on our do not call list, all the consumer had to do was call in and request this.
