    I am a customer with Pillar Automotive in ********, **. My truck has been in this shop for nearly 4 months due to transmission issues. My mechanic purchased a rebuilt transmission through his ******** *** and was recommended to this company. He went through two of your transmissions and had issues with each install. The first transmission (Unknown serial #) had metal shavings and a very prevalent clunk when engaging gears. He requested a warrantied transmission which was, of course argued against and delayed. Serial # on the second transmission Serial # *******. When he received this transmission, he installed it and went to drive it, and multiple codes appeared. It was requested that he drop the pan and check a couple of items. When he did, he found metal shavings in this one as well. He also found the filter just rolling around in the pan not even installed. Due to the quality of work my mechanic has found in Moveras transmissions, my wife missed an extremely important appointment with a heart specialist 42 miles away. She had been on a waiting list for just under 6 months. She had to reschedule which has her now another 7 months out. Her condition is rare and very important that it be tested to make sure her issues are not progressing. Not only have I been waiting an exorbitant amount of time for my truck with delays that seemed to come only from Moveras my life has been put on hold and endangered my wifes health. I know that there has been a resolution between Pillar, AutoZone and Moveras but I have been left the victim. This company has no concerns for the end user, and we are the ones getting screwed.

    NO BUY THIS TRANSMISSION LABOR WARRANTY IS SOCKS AND I PURCHASE THE **** TRANSMISSION AUTO ZONE AND THEY SAID HAVE PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY I DRIVE FOR 200 MILES AND TRANSMISSION STOP TO SHIFT LATER THEY NEED TO TOWING BACK TO THE SHOP AND I NEED TO PAY LABOR BECAUSE THIS MOVERAS WARRANTY ONLY COVER $50 FOR HOUR AND THE LABOR IN THE SHOP IS $175 LABOR RATE SO I PAY TO MUCH MONEY AND TOW TRUCK IS REDICULOS DONT BUY THIS TRANSMISSION THE BEST IS BUT USED LKQ AND THEY COVER ALL NO JUST $50 FOR HOUR NO BUY THIS TRANSMISSIONS

    I purchased a transmission from US diesel parts, which was manufactured by Moveras in November 2024. I paid over $3000 and the transmission took a month longer than they said to get to me and there were no shipping delays. So delays were solely on them. Ive been paid $1800 to have the transmission installed to find out that the transmission itself was faulty. It is now the beginning of May 2025 and I have just got a new transmission and gotten it installed for about the same exact price as it cost the first time that it was installed so another $1800. Here is the kicker moveras does do labor warranty claims which I went through the whole process for and took **** near a month just to do that. They now want to tell me that they will pay me $150 to help cover the $3600 that I had to pay out-of-pocket all because they sent me a faulty transmission. I am seeking legal council as well as following a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not ever use this company if you know what is good for you.

    Absolutely ridiculous Ive been a mechanic for a long time and never in my life have I seen such poor quality, purchased a reman for a customer it lasted 2 months if that now they did send a replacement and they also slap you in the sack paying 50 an hr up to 350 bucks and 20 for fluid. I would like them to point me In any direction to find a shop thats charging 50 an hr and only charging 350 to R+R a transmission in a fusion ********************************************************************* and that replacement transmission they sent lasted 10 miles yes youre reading it right 10 miles -5 star

    I've been a mechanic for over 30 years and quality of all remanufactured transmissions and engines are not close to what they should be today. Moveras transmissions are average quality, I've had better transmissions bought out of wrecking yards. They are good at warranting the transmission without a lot of hassle but their labor claims are a nightmare. I would NOT recommend every nor will I EVER BUY ANOTHER ONE FROM THEM.

    Had to warranty a transmission and put in a new cooler to get the new warranty. They were kind enough to pay us ****** for the labor when it ocost ******* to put the replacement in. Will never use them again and never reccommend them to anyone

    Do not buy!!! Stay away from!!! Unless you like to waste your time and money Had to get a transmission from them due to a limited options in our area- 1 month later, 3 defective transmissions, about ************************************************************************************************************************ and they sent me labor warranty claim check for a whooping amount of $210. Do not make the same mistake as me!!!

    It's good if you don't mind getting screwed on the LABOR claim. Yes they will send you the replacement parts, but what they send are the same fullty parts as what they put in the first time. If you are a small repair facility and you don't have a TAX id # ( not needed for the one man shop)and a business licence that you don't have to have if your loacted in a **** setting.

    I bought a falty transmission through ********, payed to have repaired. Absolutely ridiculous that i would have to pay anything for a transmission that was sold to me with a bad sensor. still wasn't correct, waited over a week for another transmission to be delivered. 2nd remann transmission was installed. It is the wrong transmission for my truck, I have to pay out of pocket to have these transmissions put in and taking back out. I HAVE LOST MORE MONEY, TIME FROM WORK.

    ******. Absolutely aweful. Do yourself a favor and buy ******* Initial purchase and install went smooth. I purchased the transmission through Premier Powertrain (which is now out of business). Dealing with Moveras for a warranty replacement and labor claim has been a nightmare. First of all, in which galaxy does $300 cover labor cost to remove, install, program a new transmission? NOT THIS ONE! And $20 for Trans fluid? They told me that if a certain fluid isnt put in then it will void the warranty! That fluid is $12/Quart! And my transmission holds 12 quarts, $20 should cover that for sure. And they also told me that if the updated transmission cooler isnt installed then it will ALSO void my warranty. This company is complete BS and should not even exist. Im going to have to come out of pocket $700 to cover the labor cost that isnt included in the warranty. For a transmission thatll probably last 47k miles like the original one bought from them did. Worst company I have EVER dealt with. Yalls momma would be ashamed of you!
