I had to replace my transmission two times, they reimburse me $200 for labor and $20 for 11qt transmission fluid. Never dealing with this scam company again. Don't waist your time or money.Moveras, LLC

Atrocious customer service! I had a transmission installed from them that lasted 81 miles. After my mechanic called them about warranty it took almost a week for them to call him back. He was told to do some diagnostics, which he did, the tech called back and my mechanic missed his call. Allegedly there is no way to contact that technician even after a work order is assigned to them, so now we're waiting, again, for the tech to call back. It seems you only get once chance per day to talk to them. I work as a heavy equipment repair tech and the type of service I'm getting from this company would NEVER fly with my company or myself, I pride myself on resolving customers issues as quickly and easily as I possibly can and they ALWAYS have a direct souce of contact with me. Moveras just seems to want your money with no regard for the troubles or inconvenience their faulty product may cause you.Moveras, LLC

We are, were, a dealer for their products (through a national parts dealer) and after years of installing them, we will NEVER purchase or install another product of theirs again. We installed a transmission from them in November of 2022 that took over a month to get, that had obvious signs of being damaged and that damage being painted over at their facility. After going ahead with the install per their request, it not working, they had us remove the pan and do an investigation. The pan was full of metal. They said they would ship us another unit. It took forever to receive it. We had to flush the system and replace the transmission cooler/radiator again and install the second unit. It was also faulty. Repeat same procedure, the pan was full of metal, and they said they were shipping us a third unit. Finally in March of 2023, 4 months of the customer not having a vehicle, we received a good unit. Again we had to flush the system and replace a radiator/trans cooler. This unit however although good, had to be reworked because in the crate was a note about part shortages and we had to use parts from on the the bad units to make the shift linkage work. But we go the job done and sent in our labor/warranty requests. It is now JUNE of 2023. Seven Months Later. And after installing multiple units, around $300 worth of fluid, 3 new radiators at $300 a piece, today we received 2 checks for $145.00 a piece. In order to have those sent I had to threaten to go to the BBB and my attorney. The warranty, customer service, and quality have all gone out the window. During this process we had an engine ordered from them and began being lied to about delivery dates after waiting months. We cancelled two open orders from them during this process and they missed out on several more. Never again.Moveras, LLC

I will NEVER ever use this company again and advise everyone else to consider another more reliable solution than Moveras.
I've installed a couple transmissions from Moveras. I'm also a certified technician capable of transmission Overhaul/rebuilding. Sometimes I just don't have the time or the tooling for a quick turn around for my customers.
The 1st and my last failed unit from Moveras didn't hardly last 5000miles. From beginning of warranty authorization process it was a complete waste of time. Contact selling dealer NAPA, I call them directly. Called Moveras, after multiple
times not reaching anyone and them alike due to they never ever leave a message, calling from different numbers and you never seem to get the same person I was told to file the claim on line. They sent me a link immediately by Email.
Next problem was the online claim. Information wasn't all correct for this unit. Sent inquiry, never heard after approximately 4 business days. Emailed and got resolved in about 24hrs.
Now technical department involved, verified failure quickly after a repeat of calls like mentioned above. They then put in the order and had replacement unit shipped to my dealer. Inquired about parts and labor claim, was told would have to wait on failed unit teardown results and would be notified at that time.
Replacement installed and notified Moveras by Email requesting RMA as required. No response, called several weeks later got RMA.
Fast forward several months no response, not surprising right? Called again inquiring, was told yes everything received and unit didn't have to go through the return inspection process. Labor claims need to be made within 30 days of returning failed unit absolutely no exceptions. Tried to explain and reason they refused even after talking to a supervisor.
I have spent over 10yrs managing a nearly 2million dollar a year in service work and never received customer UN-support like this. Best I can say is RUN!!!!!Moveras, LLC

Per our warranty guidelines, the warranty is only valid if the transmission is installed by a licensed or government repair facility. This transmission was not installed by a government or licensed repair facility and as a result the customer does not qualify for a labor payout. With that being said we contacted the customer with a labor claim payout solution which he refused. In addition, the transmission was replacement was sent to the customer free of charge.Review fromJared M

RUN from this company. Do not let them take your money and deliver a defective transmission. They do not know their products, specific car needs and have ZERO customer service and do not honor the minuscule warranty they claim. They are in cohorts with M****** ************ who are equally as bad or worse. DM me if you would like to be a part of a class action suit against them ... I have eight months of detailed recorded history who my attorney says can prevent this predatory company from preying on consumer victims once and for all after the court proceedings. PS; I was forced to put one star rating to post when they should be a minus fine star rating ...crooks is the best way to describe them.Moveras, LLC

I would like to remove my negative comments about Moveras, LLC and give them the highest recommendation possible which is five stars.
My experience was complex having a 38-year-old 1985 Chevrolet Corvette. The first transmission I received from Moveras and had installed developed an issue within the first 100 miles. Two repair shops determined something was wrong internally and Moveras sent a replacement transmission since the only way to determine what was wrong was to open up the transmission.
After the second transmission was installed, it was determined that the valve body was not the correct setup. Most 700R4 transmissions have the same valve body setup with one pressure sensor. The 1985 Corvette was unique in the 700R4 in that it was configured with two pressure sensors. Moveras sent a replacement valve body with the correct two pressure sensor setup, and it works as good as new now.
My rant and frustration was about a labor reimbursement which had an administrative mix up due to staffing and labor challenges. It has now been resolved and I highly recommend Moveras as a company who takes care of the customer and does the right thing for the long term.Review fromMathew S

They refuse to honor their warranty. First transmission didn't last 600 miles. Got a replacement and we had to pay for everything. Now they will not reimburse for the second transmission.Moveras, LLC

3 starsI bought a transmission from this company through **** **** last year and after a couple of weeks, it went out. I had been given the run around from this company for months and I filed a complaint in April of this year regarding the dissatisfaction that I had with the transmission that I bought and the customer service of the company. After making the complaint, Mr. C***** reached out to me personally, apologized, and informed me that he would be sending me a replacement transmission. He did just that. After a year of catching rides to and from work and my truck sitting in a shop, I can say that I am back on the road again. I also reached out to Mr. C***** regarding the money I had to spend on labor and fluid for the replacement transmission and he assured me that he would be putting a check in the mail. Thank you, Mr. C*****. I am satisfied.
