      They have drug addicts working for them. The refuse to drug test. So I will not go to that casino any more.

      My husband and I had a reservation for the South tower and they gave our room away to someone else then they rebooked us for the **********. My husband and I, along with our 3 children including an infant checked in at 9:15pm. We then went to our room but our key didnt work. My husband went back to the desk to let them know the key wasnt working and they replaced the key card. When my husband came back with the new key, that one didnt work either.y husband then went down 2 more time to which the manager told us he would send the locksmith up to change the battery to the door. We waited another hour and no one showed up all while we were all waiting outside the room. We then all decided to go home and when we went back down to the check in desk to get a refund the manager and a concierge laughed in my husbands face.

      The worst experience of my life, my Birthday was ruined, the memory and moment I had planned to spend with my 75 year old mother was taken away from me and my option to stay at a another hotel in order to enjoy my Birthday experience I had planned was taken from me. False advertisement, rooms outdated and smelly, one of my rooms was so hot and they sent a maintenance man to fix three times in one night, I had 5 rooms with family and friends that came to the hotel for my Birthday and didn't have accurate space for everyone when I was assured I would.I was not offered any kind of refund.

      Very disappointed in recent stay. Entire Casino had a system failure and the Hotel was clearly unprepared to manage . Only one attendant to issue many, many people vouchers for the inability to cash out the machines resulting in long waits. The following morning there was no signage that the problem still existed and people were being allowed to continue to play the machines without the ability to cash out.

      Toilet did not flush. No one came to remedy the situation. VERY disappointed and dissatisfied. Was here for a professional conference. Ive stayed in hundreds of hotels, and I never had such poor service. Never had a toilet that would not flush.

      The customer service was terrible. It was my birthday and my husband booked us a getaway and we decided to go with the Tropicana hotel in *************. He specifically said ocean view, and we got the top of buildings. We went down to complain they informed us that they would change your room the next day they accommodated us with a $50 food voucher. The next morning we went down to see the time of expected room change and they told us that there was no rooms available for ocean view. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she was no help at all. She had a terrible attitude about the room change, which we did not receive. The elevators in the hotel were disgusting They needed to be cleaned and also smelled. Unfortunately WE DO NOT RECOMMEND. Once you book your on your own and you get what they give you not what you paid for!

      Tropicana used to be my favorite and I will never again give them a dime. Started with an hour wait for the valet and then we get inside and everythi9ng is chaos. The line was out the door and it took us nearly 3 hours to get from valet to registration desk. We were only staying from Wednesday to Friday and we didn't get to our room until after 7:00 p.m. We lost 3 hours of our night and we were exhausted by the time we did finally get to our room. **************** was poor, the ************ was rude and clearly didn't want to be bothered. No one ever cleaned the room and we had to request towels and toilet paper. The man who delivered them was rude and obviously did not care. Friday morning we attempted to check-out via the kiosk and none of them were working so we made our way down to the registration desk to turn in our keys. an hour and a half later we were at the desk and then told we didn't need to wait in line we could have just left the keys. After waiting all that time, I had a couple things to get off of my chest and the girl behind the desk did not care and talked over me. She was rude and I tossed the keys at her and said "GOOD-BYE!!" The customer service was horrible!!!! We heard many complaints the 3 days we were there. We spent most of the time waiting in line and no one seemed to care. We were the ones spending the money which was nearly $500 for 2 days. Sad, used to be a good place.

      Horrible the room stink the air conditioner did not work the locked my key on me on my second day they wanted me to wait in line was like 40 people and I said no I want to speak to a manager and the guy wouldnt give me a manager I started yelling, and then he said Ill get the manager for you, but he got me security explain to security what happened security says I have to wait in line. I said Im not waiting in line Im ready Only they said give me your license and your credit card and they talk to the manager and the manager came out and said let her upstairs with her children and come back at 10 oclock when everything calms down very horrible then I went to the casino and I asked for a drink to give me a cup of beer I said no I want a bottle of ******************* light he said no lose your kids college fund. I said what did you say? He says you have to lose your kids college fund before you get a bottle of beer I said are you serious I said I dont have a card in my machine because I wasnt planning on coming back here ever again and I had a h*** you know how much I lost so I said I give up call my daughter about 11 PM. I said lets go to ****** hooters And we had a blast, but Tropicana not worth the money at all old old old school

      When I checked in this is what I found on the bed. I called, and they told me it would be an hour or longer for housekeeping to come up, and If I wanted I could come down stairs to switch rooms which I did. The front desk asked me if I wanted to upgrade for a extra charge "extra charge when you gave me a bed wirh urine and pubix hair and other black hair on and the sheets had holes in them". I had to pay a extra $15.00 to check-in just to check-in hour- half early.When it came time for checking out I asked for the Manger and got ***** and ***** took a call while he was helping to to help another costume like imy time was not valuable or important i felt like i was dismissed! I will never go to this place again! I will also post everything on soical media and report this to the better business bureau and the casino Commissioner. I would like a full refund. FYI this is want could happen when sleeping in a bed with dry urine. That smell of ammonia that gets trapped inside your mattress is caused by bacteria eating away at the residue of the urine. Ammonia from an accident left to soak can cause issues and irritation in the nose, throat and lungs, and cause difficulties breathing.which I have Asthma. I have pictures and a video.
