      Verizon has committed fraud with my account. I could not get access to my account for over a year and then when I moved my account split to two bills. I've paid Verizon over $800 in the last 40 days and my internet is out for non-payment after I paid another $226 2 days ago.

      In April, I went on a cruise and purchased the ships Wi-Fi package. While in airplane mode, I got a Verizon text offering a $22/day cruise package if I ***lied Y. I didnt respond since I had Wi-Fi. Later, I answered one call and was charged nearly $80 at $2.99/min because I hadnt opted into their plan something that wasnt clearly explained upfront.We were also charged $12/day per line (6 charges over 3 days) while at ports, but service only worked properly at one port. Texts failed, calls didnt go through, and messages were delayed for hours.I called Verizon when I returned. The *** agreed the charges should be reviewed and said Id hear back from the credit team. I was told to pay my normal amount and wait. I ****** June, still no credit. My phone got disconnected. I paid $167 in full, called again, and was promised the full amount plus $80 in reconnect fees would be credited. This *** then reassured me that it would be applied Monday and even asked if I wanted it back to my card or credit on the account. I told her a credit was ******* July, I got another disconnect warning after still no credits being applied + the reconnect fees from last month. I called again no notes on my account once again. I asked for a supervisor, and the *** hung up on me. Called back two days later. The New said too much time had passed to access all of records and the only record they see if from the port that the phones did actually work which I explained, and it was to late to access the records from other ports. They offered just a $40 courtesy credit. This has been the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. ********************** refuses to take responsibility, and well be switching as soon as our phones are paid off using the promotional credit when we switched. Wed leave now if it wasnt for that. Phone Calls: A phone call I am not sure of the date but it was early in May 202505/2306/0507/0407/06

      If I could leave zero stars for this matter I would. Upgrade my phone & has been an absolute headache since. I called in & the first representative was amazing & helped me out & explained my billing & all issues. She submitted the ticket to her manger & said changes will show on Thursday of last week nothing. I call in today spoke with customer service & a manger neither can answer my questions & then says the first representative was completely wrong & gave me the wrong information huh? Manger tells me there is nothing she can do to help & again the last agent was wrong. This is ridiculous my bill is still wrong & cannot even pay my bill due to non help complete BS!

      I purchased business mobile and ******** services back in 2023. About a year and a half into my contract there was a sudden severe decrease in both my mobile and internet speeds/connection quality. I would experience dropped calls, miss incoming calls, and internet speeds would drop to nearly zero. It would sometimes self correct, but it would always come back.I lost track of how many times I called customer care to get to the bottom of the issue. They sent me a new modem, tried re-downloading my eSIM, toggling every setting, etc. nothing helped. Eventually, one agent just told me that there was nothing more she could do, so I said that I would have to change service providers, which I ******** forward about a month and I was charged for the new (and ineffective) modem they sent me. Note that I was not given a bill, I was simply charged $800 for equipment that didnt work. I spent 5+ hours trying to reach someone about this yesterday, and was hung up on, accidentally disconnected, transferred to endlessly to the wrong person and have been unable to even reach a person with any power to help.I feel so disheartened and taken advantage of. Some of the worst consumer experience of my life.

      A collections account appeared on my Experian credit account, I had never been notified of a past due balance. It was from Verizon of course and their customer service was absolutely horrible as I tried to figure it out. I initially was going to pay it until the *** who looked up my account asked if I was ******, I said "no, *****?". They send me in loops department to department, circles and circles and they kept saying they saw other names on my account like ********** and "*****" so i initiated a fraud ***ort which was denied within 2 hours, and when I called about it with the reference number they said they couldn't lookup the reference number they needed a case number which should have been emailed to me but it wasn't. I went to the Verizon store who put me on the phone with fraud who sent me in loops again then told me he couldn't help me, I needed to go to the corporate store. I drive nearly 2 hours to go to the corporate store and they found my account with a different name and number attached so I asked them to please close it and guess what they did? put me on the phone with fraud, who sent me to collections, who told me to go to the corporate store, where I was currently standing. They told me to open a fraud claim and I said I did? Nothing came of it. So this is weeks now, and I'm fed up and I decide to call one more time, and ask how many names they saw on my account, and she said just one, yours. It was so infuriating and I still don't believe them. I paid the balance anyway just to fix my poor credit score, they assured me the account was closed. I will never use Verizon again this was the worst company experience I have ever had.

      We have been with Verizon for 12 years and every year I become more and more frustrated with this company. Over the last 5 years, the plan prices, taxes, etc continue to increase resulting in higher bills. Each month I look at our bill and low and behold another increase of charges on something. It's getting ridiculous the amount you have to pay to have wireless phones. We have not dug deep into how other companies charges and fees are but I can say this, once we pay off the one phone on our account we are switching to another company. So done with ***.

      It is difficult to determine if Verizon is dishonest, incompetent and/or ineffficent.Employees are generally friendly but the net result of service, especially money matters, are rarely done as agreed; adjustements and changes take months if at all; assurances that it will be taken care of seldom become reality. And, this is after hours and numerous calls (no kidding) of being on the phone...this, with a tech/communications company!!! The worst of many poorly executed customer service experiences that we all face, almost daily.

      Verizon are jokes. These shady pieces of work wouldn't let me cancel my service after realizing that they couldn't provide cell service at my jobsite. Only allowed me to suspend my account for 90 days. After 60 days I tried to cancel the service again after paying off the device. They claimed all was done, service canceled. Only they charged me $80 as soon as the "suspension" was over. **************** over the phone is worthless. ***** could tell me why they charged me, but we all know the reason was they were hoping I was one of those people that wouldn't notice they were charging my account. They will try theirs!

      *** offered me 3 promotions to upgrade my phone and phone lines. They LIED to me. I did everything right on my end. I asked all the right questions. And they lied. Two people assisted me at the store level. They told me all 3 promotions were in place. Turns out they were not. And they knew it wasn't true. They caused to to accrue more charges on my account and have a much higher bill. Now the store refuses to fix the problem and the corporation refuses to fix it too. Nothing like a corporation ******* its customers to make BILLIONS more!

      I cancelled my Verizon account a few months ago after 15+ years of being a customer. They continued to bill me for a line I hadn't had for roughly a decade, and when I tried to get them to stop and refund my money, I got the run around from their customer service (phone support told me I had to go to store, store told me I had to talk to customer service, who then said I needed to talk to finance, who told me I had to talk to billing, who told me I had to visit a corporate office in another city). One of the support operators confirmed that I was being billed for this old device before I cancelled my account. I still don't have this issue resolved.They cut off my access to my online account, so I can't be sure of the impact, but they have overcharged me somewhere between $200 and $5,000. I'm not a lawyer, but this sure feels like fraud. I will certainly never do business with Verizon again.
