      Worst customer service ever, long questions when calling to even try to get right area, I would never recommend this company at all very frustrating trying to get something resolved.

      This review is about Verizon as a whole. Since starting service with this phone company, I have had nothing but issues, spending several hours on the phone with their customer service **********************. From Bill changes that Verizon made without telling me why or how, to service and device issues. Every time I have to call them, I spend a minimum of 2 hours on the phone with them, feeling like im doing hostage negotiations. As soon as my contract is up, im gone, don't waste your time with this company.... horrible service all around.

      We have had Verizon for 6 years and renewed our contract a couple of months ago. They talked us into getting the wi-fi service, we took the box home 3 times at their insistance to try it out, but we could not get wi-fi with the box, so we returned it. They told us we had to return it to the verizon store on *************************** or *** store. We took it to the **************************. Store. The young man who waited on us said he could not give us a receipt for it, because it had already been deactivated. So we gave him the box to send back. Now they are telling us that they are charging us 300$ because they never got the box. WHO DID?

      Poor service. I needed to call customer service multiple times to address non-delivery of an upgraded phone, charged twice on taxes for the same phone, and an added trade-in adjustment which was a mistake on Verizons part. Each time I called customer service I would get a different response. I would need to ask for a supervisor in order to get any resolution to my problems (plural)! I was even sent back into the store to resolve the trade in adjustment which turns out wasnt really an adjustment they just dont have anywhere else to put the charge on a customers statement leading to a lot of confusion. In the end, I am still being made to pay $170 for the trade in adjustment. I am ready to switch carriers.

      Terrible customer service. Always trying to add charges to our account thinking we are just gonna pay them. unreasonable rate hikes. Stay clear. . They guys are a pain to deal with. Always something with them. I wish sprint was still around.

      I get combating fraud & having a valid ID. However MY IDENTIFICATION Doesnt Expire Till I Die. Drivers License expire several times throughout life. That doesnt mean I no longer exist & it doesnt mean I should be assumed a fraudster. A drivers license gives you the right to drive. It only expires occassionally to force you to prove to the state that you can still operate a motor vehicle. You can still see the signs and update the picture. I you can clearly see that I am the person pictured and that up until a few days ago the id was valid / that nothing magical happened to make me not be me, then you can accept a drivers license as valid even if expired by a few days.I have to assume since your using the drivers license as an id,you trust the state to be the valid identity checker. Meaning I had to produce documents that showed that I am, me. If thestate issues me a signed valid extention, then that should be accepted as well. Im in a situation where my dmv is a month out on appointments.. Had all my documents went to my appointment. System went down &have to go back to get license. ******* order has a fraud hold over an expired license. My Identity is not in question its just a ridiculous. Meanwhile I cant work. And now my phone number has been locked out of the system and verizon hangs up on me when I ask them how to fix. Insulting I had to get my elderly father thats on MY PLAN to call to find out what to do. I AM THE OWNER of the plan. I told her I'd give her my social.They just hang up. If they think im fraud get an address send the cops. Even the cops will accept my expired drivers license /valid extention, as an IDI know why everybody is leaving Verizon. Selling my stock too. Ruined end of my vacation and using a half broken phone for a week now. Just know what your using as an id does not magicaly become use:less after an expiration, that has nothing to do with identity. east allow me to prove my identity with an expired id just not buy a phone. ***

      Switched from Verizon to *** in March. Its now the end of June and Verizon has not released my phone number to ATT. When I called for answers they gave me a date of a week out. As a small business owner I am loosing thousands in sales everyday my phone is not working. If I was a big business like ********* Im sure theyd have it resolved in the same day. But here I am being told I will loose days-weeks of sales. They are also telling me 4 months later I need to set up my landline again so they can give me a new account number so that ATT can try and port the number again. Meanwhile Im paying for TWO phone services and neither work. Awful service. No one knows how to do their job. **************** is a complete joke. I guess with your a large company like Verizon everyones just $$$$ signs and theyll take your money and provide you with nothing.

      Switched to a commercial account and it has been a nightmare. Spent 2 hours on chat today to be disconnected twice. Currently being overcharged $200 a month. Multiple times they tell me it is fixed and they will watch yet they don't. So frustrating. The only thing that changes is my plan keeps going up and my business *** quits.

      I was a customer with ********************** for ** years. **************** has gone down hill in recent years and I switched to another provider. I closed my account and paid it off. Four months later, we got another bill that we had supposedly not paid out everything. We paid this off as well after going in and having a manger tell us there were close out items they missed and washed our hands. Another four months later; we got additional bills and we couldnt believe it. We questioned the manager from before again and they said Verizon had not closed out our account fully and we would have to pay for service we had not used in 8 months! Literally 8 months after closing out our accounts and paying two separate close outs , Verizon tried to charge us for this service time- and when we refused to pay additional fees they would not explain, sent us to collections. I do not have enough bad things to say about the way they treated us on the way out and how many times we tried to resolve this bill. What a joke. I hope every single customer leaves them and they go bankrupt.

      Customer foreign service *****, Never can you speak to someone in the ***, they have inaccurate billing they have over charged me for over a year, added a line that doesnt exist!!!!!!
