******************* came to our Hunterdon County residence for our scheduled inspection. He came in and asked me if there were any other issues and I remembered we had seen wasps. He checked around the house, found a nest and sprayed it. He let me know how to follow up if needed, and how to keep my pet safe. He was very friendly and kind. I was so happy to see ******************* was the tech for our periodic exterior service. ***** was here a few months ago to investigate a bug sample (part of our plan). He was able to determine it was not a wood destroying insect. Thank goodness. This time in addition to the routine scheduled exterior treatment that is part of our plan, we discussed possible rodent issue in the attic.. A rodent station has been installed to deal with potential "visitors". ***** is very friendly and patient. So nice! He takes the time to listen to concerns and my observations. He set my mind at ease both visits by answering my questions and explaining the behavior of the pests I'm concerned about. I was actually pretty worried and he calmed me down and explained what I should expect to see if we did have issues. This is a huge value to me! And he is so easy to talk to, he showed me how to use the traditional mouse traps without me feeling dumb or snapping my fingers in the trap ! LOL Seriously, all service people should be so nice, approachable and professional. Thank you, *****!! And thanks Viking Pest.Viking Pest Control

My tech was ******. He was great! He came and checked all stations. He took his time to answer my questions/concerns. I have small children and I loved the fact that asked me questions-for example; do my children play in this area or that area? So he can place the bet boxes out of their reach/ view. I once had a tech who came to my house and placed an unsafe device in my kids playroom. They could have easily pushed their tiny little hands under the furniture and gotten hurt. ****** was Thorough!Viking Pest Control
