I have been trying to contact a manager for a follow up since my last visit on 5/27/22 the person at the appointment said they were a manager set traps and said they would schedule a follow up appointment the week after they lined the traps with slim jims and did not set the traps said when I come back I will set them I had my own solution that eliminated the problem and I have not seen or dealt with any rats since all of the traps and bait stations were un touched and I never received a call back and I have been calling consistently since june to disconnect and request a full refund since everything that was done by Viking pest control did nothing every time I ask to disconnect the service and have someone come out they constantly tell me a manager will call be back and they never do the level of customer service is horrible and I am demanding a full refund and also a tech to remove all of their useless equipment. On 8/2/22 a rep finally called me and said they would be crediting my account and scheduled a tech to pick up their equipment I I only received a small percentage of credit for this HORRIBLE service and still calling with no resolution and I was charged again that day even after I requested to terminate my services.Viking Pest Control
