      This company is the worst. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. My a/c has been out since May 20, 2025. Today they called and said that they dont have any technicians to fix my AC after two months so they are sending me $1700. Although I need a compressor that cost $2500 do not do business with this company please. They say I wont get the money for another 30 days. So I went the whole summer without an air conditioner.

      The spring on my garage door has been broken since Thursday7/10. they were supposed to send garage r us out Monday 7/14 but that got canceled. then they reschedule for Wednesday 7/16 between the hours of 3 To 7 pm. knowing that it is the spring on my garage door. The guy comes out in a vehicle with no parts no tools. what a joke!!!! Save your money

      Totally unacceptable, I filed a claim for air conditioner repair on 6/17/2025. Today is 7/15/2025 and air conditioning still has not been repaired Temps in my area are well over 100, repeatedly told they are looking for a technician in my area. Do not recommend this company.

      Was a loyal customer of ********************** for about a few years now. Once we had an issue with our AC, they sent multiple technicians over, each saying that the unit needed a complete replacement due to a condenser leak, and that choice would not do anything that isn't "wear and tear." Had a conversation with the case managers, who were not helpful at all. Then, we hired private contractors, who all said that the ** does NOT need a replacement, and that the condenser was not leaking at all. They also reported that it was normal wear and tear. After uploading these expert opinions, the Choice case manager, *****, repeated that it was not normal wear and tear, and used a car analogy even though he is not a licensed technician himself. Extremely dissatisfied, and would not recommend to anyone. Will be filing a formal complaint soon.

      Let me start by saying. Please DO NOT do business with this company.Dut to the tactics they play and their horrible ***************** On June 30, 2025, I did a ****** search to see the top 10 Warranty Companies. Choice Home Warranty was the first on the list. As being one of the best warranty companies. I was in a rush trying to find a warranty company. And made the mistake of signing up with them before reading reviews. I had purchased a 5-year agreement with them.Two day later I went to the Better Business Bureau site read some reviews. And I was horrified of what I saw. There are complaints after complaints, after complaints. I reviewed the first 10 pages of nothing but complaints. They have over 400 pages of reviews. I clicked on page 415. And there it was. more complaints. They have years of complaints. The sales force is on top of their game selling these contracts. But I discovered during my reading that **************** is horrible. And then I went back to read the contract agreement. Please beware of the All Parts and Components Covered gimmick they reference on their agreement. Its BS. You must carefully read their ********************* This is where they pull the tactics of declining your claim. Because even though the top part says all parts and components are covered. That exclusion clause allows them to decline or approve claims at will. On July 3, 2025, I canceled my agreement with them. I cant do business with a company with these many complaints. One of their managers tried to convince me not to cancel. With bogus reasons. And in order to cancel, I had to pay a $50.00 cancelation fee and $33.00 for the prorated days I had with them. What a mistake I made and a waste for $83.00 dollars. If you have reached this point of my review. Please take my advice and do not sign up with this company. You will be very angry at yourself later.

      I am no longer a customer but feel compelled to share my experience to help protect other consumers. I briefly used this company's home warranty plan and they have the worst customer service imaginable. The contract specifies service can be canceled at any time for any reason but good luck trying to get this processed. They have no option to cancel online or at the website and customers are forced to call them. The queue puts callers into a tight loop of endless dead ends so there is no option to cancel. Callers are endlessly disconnected until eventually reaching an agent. As soon as you indicate you wish to cancel, you are transferred into a black hole and/or disconnected repeatedly. When you do eventually reach an agent through multiple escalations, they attempt to propose discounts and different plans repeatedly and endlessly, ignoring your stated intentions until madness and rage overcomes the customer. After 50 phone calls, it is difficult to keep one's composure since a cancellation of a monthly service should not require an act of Congress. Multiple escalations and endless calls are required before you can get this company to cancel the plan as they hold your credit card hostage. While it is understandable that churn is undesirable for any subscription business, this is an absolutely indefensible way to deal with customers. I will never work with this company ever again and recommend customers avoid these people like the plague unless you enjoy frustration and severe mental anguish when attempting to interact with customer service. If I could give them zero stars, I would. It's a horrific and agonizing customer service experience.

      I have been waiting on an ac person to come and fix my air handler because it is leaking and making floors saggy They can't seem to find any one to come out Every time I call can't talk to anyone

      Pipe leak behind my washer, damaged the ceiling downstairs and in the laundry room as well as the room behind it. ******* was cut by their contractor, then had to called them again to file new claim to fix the cut by their contractors. Had to pay for another service call and the contractor was told just do a rough finish. The other two rooms werent covered I was told although it was caused by the leak. Horrible service.

      This is a terrible company that sits behind a fancy computer program. They cant get certified contractors in the state of **********. They pay so low that no one wants to do the work. My best advice is do not use this company. You will be very sorry.
