      I think all are the complaints are here is true. CHW fraud company , I had ac issue, they send three technicians and one of them reported issue and send the report to them and still they are saying waiting for technician diagnosis the issue and send the report then only they will repair it. They eat my money and my children are suffering from the heat. I humble request i.e don't buy Choice home warranty service

      CHW is terrible!!! Its takes over a week to get a technician scheduled..then they will find any reason to not cover the repairs/replacements I had a leak a month ago and guess what? I still have the same leak now!!! After waiting a month they finally advised they wont cover the replacement for my AC unit which is leakingthey will NOT ever call you back, you will have to constantly follow up! I told them that my issue was urgent because I had water leaking in my house and it still took weeks before I was able to get a a technician out Everyone you speak with will act clueless and try to transfer you to a different departmentsave your money and stay away from this useless, no good, bad business company!!! I will be canceling my useless policy asap!! Im pretty infuriated because every time the technician comes out you have to pay $65 and they literally did absolutely NOTHING!!! Im actually extremely disgusted and disappointed with this company!! I would not recommend them to anyone!!! Save yourself the aggravation and go with a company that actually has some professionalism
