      I hope I could have option to select no star. I had worst customer experience with this company. I first claim for my electrical problem and they denied even without looking into issue. Later on they said they will assign it to different vendor but even after few weeks no one assigned and in hot summer I was without AC for more than 20 days and I paid local electrician to fix the issue. My second claim was my water Softener and they denied the claim by saying 'due to a lack of effective maintenance' I checked with technician also he said he never mentioned that and recommended to replace it but this company just made their own conclusion just to deny it. I called for cancelling of my policy and representative of retention team was very rude and did not ready to refund my money. I have home warranty from this company for my both home but will think 100 times before doing any business with them.

      We have been working with this company for 3 months, trying to get our refrigerator fixed. We have been through 4 technicians and multiple repairs. Our unit is 17 years old and parts are no longer available, but still the company will not replace or offer a cash settlement on the unit. This is a terrible company and I urge anyone thinking of buying coverage from them to not waste their money.

      If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We have been without air condition for 5 days in ***** with 100+ degree temperatures. They claimed they could not get a technician out faster than 5 days later. However, we were able to call several companies on our own to get an evaluation of what the issue was. We continue to wait for someone to come & fix it since it falls under our warranty that was already paid for. They dispatched a company to us on Friday July 22 for Monday July 25. The technician never showed up as scheduled. When we called them at 3 PM they told us they would be out in a few hours at 9 PM they never showed up so we called them and the company told us that we were accidentally missed by mistake. We are now on day 6 of no air condition and the company told us they would TRY to get someone out there the next day. Choice Home Warranty will let you die before they have someone come out and fix the things covered by them. They try to avoid paying claims essentially stealing your money. RUNNNN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

      Trying to cancel my contact with them. Technician they use are not good at all. Will never use them again and they are not responding to my request to cancel my contract even though I was told I could cancel at any time and get reimbursed for what was remaining on my contract.

      I would not recommend this company. Each person tells you a different number. They told me I could cancel anytime with no fees. That isn't true, now They are giving me all different nubmers. Each person says something different. ONE week without an AC and their tech that CHOICE gave me were going to do the work and then after a week, Choice said oh we no longer work with this tech, and then got a new tech and then said they wouldn't cover anything. WORST customer service EVER. DO NOT USE THEM

      Always denied claims, can never speak with a person. Horrible company, they want you to pay for their service, then you get nothing.Choice Warranty, this company is a complete FRAUD. They sent 2 companies out (2 different problems) they fixed the problem, now they are saying the work they did caused the problem now. (07/25/22 02:24 PM) ***********************************: See prior claims refrigerant restriction) and (evaporator coil leak), The technician has confirmed that this unit has two filter driers installed which would cause a restriction of refrigerant. The restriction has since caused the evaporator coil leak due to higher then normal pressure and now the failure of the compressor./r/n/r/n/r/nso it had been closed automatically, I/'ve called you now twice to answer and questions and concerns. Bull c***

      Call after call, text after text, email after email. I've asked them to stop over and over and over again. It would be as simple as just blocking one phone number, but NOOOOOO, they have thousands of numbers. Their sales tactics are criminal. I sincerely hope whoever is pulling the strings at Choice Home Warranty gets full body herpes before getting stung repeatedly by an angry swarm of ************* Killer Bees.

      I purchased a Choice Home Warranty 2021 after talking to a salesman who promised me everything would be handled in ******* in terms of service. I had a bad experience with one before this not being able to get service up here. I had two issues with my refrigerator. One was that the plastic shelf and bin broke. I notified them and they sent a ************* person for *****(?) *********** person verified it was an issue . They denied this stating it wasnt a normal daily breakdown. It certainly was! I was furious. I had to buy new parts myself for ******. Then the refrigerator was making a noise like a wheezing , no response , no calls, no communication. My vacuum motor head broke ( bought the extra coverage for this) and I ended ** in the hosp. Without contacting me they arranged for someone to come from out of state. I had to cancel them due to that lack of communication. I tried to get them back but again, no communication back. I ended up buying a new vacuum head and wand from a local dealer for over $250.00 I had a washing machine issue and they sent a ***** repairman again. He told me, while taking the call, they would give me so much money toward a new machine of comparable value, about $400.00 I think. The salesman told me they would replace the machine if it couldnt be fixed. The salesman told me it was a low figure so I tried to contact them to get more money or a replacement since machines were hard to come by during a pandemic. No communication back. I had to buy a new washing machine for over a thousand dollars from *********** No check, no response! I paid over $500.00 for nothing! I would like $2000..00 for the aggravation, new parts I bought myself for the vacuum and the washing machine I had to pay for with interest. *******************

      This company is ridiculous! I canceled after having policy for one week. Could not find a technician to service by a/c while it is 105*. It was almost comical the amount of errors, miscommunication, lies and time I spent messaging and n hold with this company. Hours and hours within the span of 6 days. Completely unacceptable. The scheduled a technician but he didnt show. And then that technician reported that I had canceled the appointment. After realizing that we were. It going to get any where near good service, we decided to cancel. Of course, we were assessed a a fee of almost $100 for canceling after only one week. We canceled the policy on Saturday only to find out on Monday that the cancellation had not been completed properly. So after another hour I think the policy is finally canceled. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Unless you want to spend your time on hold or messaging them only to get nothing accomplished!
