    Called Weltman when my ac went out. Their technician, ****** came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. A burned out condensate pump (10 years old)I previously had another company service our furnace and ac. Never once did they check for clogged condensate lines ******, a true professional, advised homeowner maintenance for the pump I signed up for their service agreement to include our furnace and ac Glad to now be dealing with as knowledgeable, professional. ****** is a gem.

    I am truly impressed with how professional this company is!!!! My mom and dad had them install their central air unit a few years back and continue to praise their professionalism and the amazing job they did and they recommended them to my husband and myself. I am truly excited to work with this company in getting a new central air system put in!!!

    I can not believe how incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful ***** and ****** were! There were quite a few issues they faced when replacing my bedroom fan! The original fan was Monte ***** and was incredibly expensive. Recognizing my strong desire to repair the fan ***** went through every method before replacing the fan. It was evident to my husband and I that both ***** and ****** must be valued employees! We were so happy with service we bought a protection plan. Thanks

    the workers were timely, professional and quickly saw the difficulty in replacing one of my old furnaces and out door fan . they had to take some of my fencing down to get fan unit out. Such professional gentlemen! My old "granny" attic is very tight and cannot even stand up in---yet these guys said not to worry--everything can be done with no damage to my house and furnishings! how true! cannot refer them highly enough. (this was a 2 day job) all was explained to me about the operation of new furnace, etc. Ask for ****** and ****----the best of the best, you won't be dissapointed!!!*******************************

    Employee ***** with Weltman ************ is the true professional, kind and friendly as well. I appreciated him wearing a face mask. ***** took time to detail the processes of his work before he started with my husband and I.

    This is an outstanding home services company in a world of mediocrity and fakes. The entire operation is excellent from professional and prompt scheduling to the exceptional technicians. This is a vendor who walks the walk. Professional, reliable and totally customer oriented.

    Is something going on with this company? I had a water heater installed with auto shut off. I agreed to pay $3,200 or so. There was something that wasn't right about the charge..my intuition then told me to call 5 other similar companies and ALL prices to include the removal. None of these companies came as close to not even $2,000. How are they paying their technicians?Why are their technicians overcharging homeowners? Are these people crazy? Have they not heard about the BBB AND the ***** They better clamp down on their policies, because they are about to get into some serious trouble for scamming and ripping homeowners by way of overpricing.The plan is to dispute the charge with Weltman. I called their CS line and was told that a complaint was filed with the company, and that someone would give me a call.I do not trust them, and so I have decided to write this review. This is insane.
