      I ordered a small table on on 9/30/22. I was told the piece would take ***** weeks which would have been right before Christmas. I reached out several times for updates on my piece I was promised this this upcoming week (the week of 1/2). Now I am being told the week of the 16th. I would normally be fine with the extra week or two but based on reviews and speaking to other customers who have been waiting months upon months, I am skeptical that the table will be ready then, if ever. I have asked for a refund and was told no. While ****, the owner, is so behind on work for many customers, she continues to advertise for new business. At this point, I really just want my money back. $275

      We ordered a desk and bookshelf on July 7, 2022. We paid in full and were told it would be delivered in 8 weeks. After hearing nothing since the order I reached out in late December and was told it would be delivered the first week in September. The week came and went and we heard nothing. REached out again to be told it would come the next week. Two weeks later when we heard nothing we reached out again and were told it **** dbe the next week. This has been happening every other week wince late August. Last week they reached out without being contacted to say they would bring it 12/8 or 12/9. Today they email and say they can't make that date wither. We offer to pick it *** and they confess is had not been built yet. All we want is our money back so we can purchase a much needed desk from a more reputable source.
