      My husband and I ordered a custom*made corner cabinet from Little Rustic Shop in Jan 2023. We paid in full for the order. payment was made on our credit card in the amount of $ ******. Anticipated completion of the piece was May * June 2023. Time for completion came and went, with the company scheduling a date for pick up and then they would cancel and reschedule time after time, always with an excuse that something unforeseen happened ...someone was sick, an employee left, we are trying our best to get caught up on orders, we are a small company, so it is tough, etc., etc. Finally, towards the end of July my husband and I decided that enough was enough and we started requesting a refund of our money, which at first was denied. Finally, on August 24, 2023, the order was cancelled, and we were promised that a refund would be posted to our Discover card, 5*7n business days. This has not happened. I have also filed a complaint with the ************************* of ******** Affairs (**). If you need any documentation, please let me know.       Purchased a dog crate 3/2023. I was told it would be ready in July. Twice I've been told a new date and today told it's still not done and they don't have a date to provide. They are refusing to refund my money but have not provided the product I ordered.

      Ordered a custom cabinet in February 2023. Been given numerous dates that have come and gone. Was always told I will call you next week with a new finish date. Only to hear nothing. Just called again to be told it is in production but wont be done for a few weeks. Asked for a refund and was told they can't because its in production. I will be reaching out to my credit card company to request a refund. STAY AWAY!

      Like the listed complaints, I ordered a custom piece from Little Rustic Shop in ********* ** in Feb 27 ******************************************************************************** full and they refuse a refund This business is guilty of fraud and should be closed down.

      I ordered a table and chairs on 10/5/22 with a delivery of January 9 2023. The week before I was told there was a delay, and it would be ready Jan 30. That was pushed to Feb 20. Much like the other complaints, the office manager gave an excuse every week of delivery and pushed it back. They took my payment in full of over $1,500 when I ordered. When I mentioned receiving a refund because they obviously hadn't started my set, I was refused. Now it is July 28, I'm out the money and still haven't received my set. I have all documentation as it was done through email.

      I ordered my products almost 8 months ago and was told it would take 10 to 12 weeks to build? It took up taking 23 weeks! I ordered it 12/13/22, here it is June 26, 2023 I still do not have my product for about two months now they keep making excuses that they cant ************** out. Im going to go almost on June 2 of this year she made me pay for shipping telling me so I paid her for the product and the shipping still have no product! I got your communication from her unless I call her for the ***** *** asked to talk to the owner do you say hes not available! Its been eight months almost since Ive ordered it, two months as it was supposed to shipped out, a month since I paid for the shipping and I still dont have any shipping updates. This is ridiculous.

      We ordered and paid for a kitchen table and six chairs on 8.19.22. ****, the office manager, said the order would be delivered in five months.Seven months came and went without a word from the office.I reached out in March. **** called me back on **** and said she was working on getting a delivery date and that she would get back to me in a couple of days.Three weeks later, I believe on ****, I called back after not hearing anything. **** said our order was scheduled for delivery the next Friday, ****. and that she would call me on Mon. **** to set up the details. She did not call. I called on Wed. **** and **** said that the chairs never arrived and that the order would not be delivered on ****.On 5.2 **** left a voicemail saying that the chairs should be in by 5.5 and if not, she had another supplier on standby and that it would take about a week to get the chairs from that supplier.On **** **** emailed saying that the chairs should be in by 5.26.I emailed **** on 6.7 asking if the chairs had arrived yet and if she could get me a delivery date. She emailed me later that day and said Let me check on that for you.After not hearing from them again for a few days, I followed up again on ****. She wrote back that day and said It actually looks like the chairs are due in this weekI am hoping for delivery at the end of next week or the following.I emailed back on **** saying that at this point I just wanted a refund and move on. **** emailed me back that day saying they would not offer a refund and that the issue was with their chair supplier.I emailed again on **** to say that after being repeatedly told things that didnt come true and waiting almost twice as long for my order than told, I asked again for a refund. **** again said no - it was their policy to not offer a refund. It has now been ten months, twice as long as projected. Still no furniture/refund.

      My complaints are consistent with the numerous complaints reported already. They are taking orders giving **** week quotes, knowing they are unable to meet those timeframes, often behind schedule by 4-6 months. They lie, they string people along, they use various stall tactics, telling you something is in production for months, scheduling you for pickup just to cancel a few days before, referencing someone calling out sick, pushing you back a few more weeks, before they do it all again. All this regarding something that should take a day to build. Its fraudulent that they continue to take peoples money under false pretenses. I imagine no one litigates against them for this, simply because of the low price of the average purchase vs the cost to litigate, but they should not be allowed to continue to do business.

      I ordered a hall tree from Little Rustic Shop on 8/3/22 with a production time of ***** weeks (Order #****). They charged me the full amount ($591.77) on 8/3/22. I emailed them multiple times and each time I was given a new production date. See list below:1. 10/22/22 - response: targeting for next week 2. 11/14/22 - response: week of 11/28/22 3. 12/13/22 asked for product or refund - response: by Christmas 2022 and cannot offer refund 4. 1/8/23 - response: week of 1/23/23 5. response from them on 1/25/23 saying it wouldn't be completed this week 6. response from them on 1/27/23 for week of 2/13/23 As of today, 3/22/23, I have not heard from them and I still have no hall tree. I also just found several reviews online with the same issues and they are still taking orders online with a production time of ***** weeks even though they are several months behind on orders.*I can supply all of the emails between myself and the business.

      Ordered multiple pieces of furniture from this business. Have been lied to numerous times why they cant deliver the piece, one excuse after another. The furniture that i have recieved literally has fallen apart within the first month to 2 months. Im still waiting on a dining room table to be delivered and we are going on over 9 months currently. I have text message after text message from the business on them agreeing to a delivery date, then the day before its suppose to be delivered...they cancel. I have multiple pictures of the furniture that they have delivered and the problems with those pieces as well. They refuse to give any refunds, say they will fix whatever issues you have, and never do. Empty promise after empty promise, this place should not be allowed to stay in business, absolute frauds!
