  After reading all of the negative review I wish I did more research. Living in ******* our power bill continues to increase each month. We figured we would go Solar and try to save some money. We started the process to have solar panels installed back in June. We were told that we would be running off of Solar by October. I called two weeks ago the status of having our "investigation", we were waiting on a Project Manager. Well we paid our first bill for the solar panel install but we will still have a HIGH POWER Bill. I called again today and we are still waiting on the Project Manager. We wanted to try to save money, not add another bill. After reading all of these reviews it looks like we are all waiting on the same thing. I wasn't confident about going Solar and had my doubts. It seems like I had every right to have that belief.

  Be careful I was paying for solar panels before they were allowed to be turned on . For nine months I was paying both electric bill and the solar panel bill. Vision Solar promised to pay me for those payments, but never did. I am processing a small claims lawsuit with my local magistrate to get my money. For paying for a service that was not rendered.

  This company is out to scam you big time. They steal your signature without you knowing. Next thing ******** financial has you a loan for thousands. You are in shock. What the heck is this I didnt sign this. Hey, you were scammed. They put 50 worthless panels on my home. Broken promises were made. Instead of saving you money, it is costing you you more than you can pay. Oh they dont mind taking your home I was told. Be careful when and who you deal with. Never deal with Vision Solar. Now I am trying to get these panels off my home.

  First and foremost very sorry I signed up with this company they are liars. They tell you many things make you promises and then dont follow through give you the runaround first of all when we first signed up for solar. We were told we would get a new roof they would cut down the limbs from my neighbors yard that hang over my house so that we can get optimal sun, when they came to put on my new roof, they bent my exhaust pipe that comes from my heater. I have called them multiple times and have yet to have someone come out and fix it. I have called them about the tree limbs that they said they were going to cut down and suddenly its not a contract that I signed Today I have a gentleman here checking my system because its not communicating. Does it mean its not working its just not communicating I believe they were in breach of contract because they promised me it would produce so many kilowatts of power and because of the limbs that are hanging over my house from my neighbors tree, which my neighbors give them permission to cut the limbs , I am not producing that amount. I cannot tell you how many times I have called is this company for these issues for other issues that have come up like how long it was taking to get them to come and do the new roof how long it took from the time the roof is done to have them come and install the panels. They said that I needed a new panel box in the very beginning and then suddenly I wasnt getting a new panel box because I didnt need one. it is just been one thing after another with this company. I would like to have it resolved but I dont see how it will get resolved because I cant even tell you how many times again that Ive called them and someone always promises to call me back theyll look into it theyll take care of it. I even called the gentleman who originally came to my house to to sell me on Solar his name was **** told him things he promised said he would look into it still waiting two weeks now

  Horrible company no employee has stayed with this company cant get repair to get system running for past month. Made tons of calls they always say will pass to manager to call back none calls back and no service over a month now. WE NEED CLASS ACTION LAWYER ILL BE LOOKING FOR ONE NOW!

  Vision Solar=Terrible, 6 months, and still no service. Countless attempts (27) to get service and a correct installation. Just read the other reviews, they are spot on.

  Terrible Service. The company did not complete my installation and informed the finance company that it was completed. The finance company paid them. My attempts to get my panels completed was unanswered and not returned. *************** Dividend finance I believe is a part of this scam. I contact them not to pay this company and they ignore my request and started that Vision told him that the panel is installed and payment is expected with the next 60 days.

  I completely wish I didn't sign up for this company to install solar. **************** and service departments are terrible trying to fix my problem and get the system running correctly. Had the sales people out on August 25th 2022. September 26th, they installed the panels. December 23rd, had the inspection, so far not too bad, the snail is crawling to the finish. At first, in January when everything was ready to go, all seemed to be working correctly, but was not. The electric bill was normal, with no effect. Calling up customer service, to express my concern, on numerous days, they scheduled a service person on March 24th. Finally, progress, with the May bill it resulted with a billing of $35. Then **** was $77. Sure the hottest summer on record was here but my electric bills keep getting larger. July, $111, August, $128, and September $170. I haven't changed my A/C usage, but I cannot see how the solar system is helping me. The sales people said that with the $110 monthly payment for the loan, my resulting electric bill would be closer to that $35 bill up to $70 during the summer. Totally misleading! Now, calling customer service many, I mean many times to find out what is wrong, I've been given answers of my inverter is not working, some panels are not working, trying to contact the service department to check out the system. They keep texting, emailing them but no response after all this time. Cannot get someone to tell me if the system is working correctly or not to this day.

  Let's start with the good news: you can always reach them by phone.But here starts all the bad news: You get standard answers and never anything in writing about the problem your system has bor what was corrected. System took forever to get started but then it would be down frequently without known reason. It works again but no feedback on what was fixed. Down again, reported it, worked again, down again ...The best communication we had was with the sales person, as soon we signed the communication stopped. Had to spend days to call, call again, push until the system finally was turned on. 6 months in and ... all kind of issues and no communication. Roof leak started, you call, someone will contact you, two weeks later still no communication or any sign of service coming your way. Best part is, Vision Solar could care less, they got their money from the bank. You can't even stop paying them because the bank is 3rd party. Best advise: stay as far away from Vision Solar as you can. That's a no-service mindset company. But hey, feel free to call them daily, so you can listen to their standard answer:We will reach out to the service department and they will send someone out ( or just not).

  Its been 1 year 4 months , panels on garage/house waiting for trees to be cut and hooked up. Issues with lying from the start with the representative, to each and every ***** NO communication. I have had to call the town and ********** electric solar project ***** myself to keep things moving. They installed improperly, had to make adjustments . Last time out was to finally hook up and realized they messed up once again, this has been on going mistakes and empty promises. A project that should not have happened because we never signed a contract, I was tricked into signing rep's ***** for credit search only as promised was false. My signature promised only for credit check, which I questioned and told that's the way their company checks, was used on their finance companies contract through DocuSign. I tried for days to contact someone to stop this and was told when I finally reached a real person I could not stop it and that's the way the contract is signed. That's fraud and I felt the same way I do now helpless with no recourses to make this company accountable. I have all this equipment on garage and home with no way to use it . They should receive a minus 10. They also change ***** #s of people working with you as agents and project managers. Concierge can do nothing , its not their *****
