      Vision Solar has shown to be unsatisfying in energy provided and costumer service. This all begins to show after the have you in a binding contract which you are not able to walk away from. The process to getting the panels installed took almost 1yr before service was up and running and they could never give you an accurate answer. The rep who came to my home informed me of a digital coupon which would be applied which would ***** me a first time removal and replacement of panels for FREE if I had to replace my roof "THIS WAS NOT APPLIED BY THE REP" I spoke with customer service and they told me it could not be applied at the time and they could not locate the rep that came to my home. I had to replace my roof a few weeks after due to the hurricane and I had to pay over $6000 to have them removed and replaced.My panels stop working 1 month after it was officially set up in April 2023 and its now August 2023 and its still not working and no one has come out to fix it. Customer service and manager alike, speaks to you in a disrespectful manor. THE SERVICE IS STILL YET TO BE PROVEN AS RELIABLE... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! SCAM ! SCAM ! SCAM!

      Sun Run in ************* is the parent company. I called them instead. Vison never activated my panels. I don't know if they work, for a year and a half. My house is severely damaged by a hurricane last October(ish). The house will get demolished. They want money to remove a service that was never a service. They will come down one way or another. They said I will breach contract. LOL The contract was breached by not providing service. Keep reading others for how bad they get!

      Vision solar will give you the run around after they get their money. I was told I would get a $250 check due to them no showing on the original installation date. I missed work to have the solar panels installed and nobody called to tell us they had an emergency they had that morning and weren't installing the solar (Nov 2022). I suggest anyone getting Solar to do yourself a favor and not believe anything that these people in the office tell you. I had to reach out to the City to see if the company even sent any plans for the inspection and none were sent! The city had to contact them for us due to no response. PEC also had to reach out for interconnection as well due to no communication. It is now August 2023 and still no check. Ive been told by ******** who is the lead in customer experience that there still isnt any update on when Ill be receiving my compensation due to the lack in communication last year Theyll tell you it takes 10 weeks for a different department to approve the check (was made aware of that policy in January 2022) but all the sudden in August 2023 ******** said my pending credits werent even pending in the finical department? I have paid 28k for s***** customer service which goes to show they dont deserve anyones money. Do yourself a favor and do not get Solar through this horrible company. Please let me know if youd like the 100+ email chains of getting the run around with this company!!!

      This company is not good. I had these for almost two years and they are still not working mind you I had a new roof which is leaking now, and I been paying on my loan the hold time.

      I had panels installed Nov 21' and to date my panels are not operating because the company keeps blaming National Grid for not installing a meter. Vision solar hasn't sent anyone to my house to take care of this problem, and they refuse to refund me the money I've spent each month on the lease attached to panels. Terrible company with poor customer service. I've filed a complaint with the AGO's

      Rabid, extremely high pressure sales reps that want you to sign without thinking it through. So glad I didn't after reading the other reviews here. Not a good experience - if they cold call you just hang up.

      If I were to give them 0 stars... Aggressive and horrible sales people. they strong hand you do sign a contract in which can you cancel. but make cancellation such a run around. their agent tells you you can email and/or call. which was done with record, then they call you with more sales to push for the project to go through.2 months go buy, and now they're saying you have not terminated and push for a 10% termination fee to cover work they have done. They have not done anything. they then call and threaten with arbitration and legal. stay away from this scam of a company.

      This Company have door to door salesman going to homes promoting fraudulent information to families, making them think that Solar Energy is the way to go instead of paying an ***************** But its been 7months almost 8 months since I signed my contract with ****************** through Vision Solar who are the contractors? And making us pay for services that are not operational as yet?

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After being told by my elderly friend on ****** care that he did not want solar he pushed a hard sell. He was told the guy was on hospice - total unscrupulous

      This Company is very misleading. Also, when calling to cancel contract that was just signed 1 day ago, they give you the runaround just to cancel even though no work has ever been done. were very rude.
