  vision solar is useless. they insalled in 12/2022. They stated our electric bill would be $169 a month and if any electricty was to be used it would only be $20 or $30 a month. My bills have all been over $100. This month 7/23 my electric bill was $233 plus they want me to pay the $169 to the finance company. Also found out they charge $52,000 for the panels plus the finance company told us they have a lien on our house . We were never informed of any of this. You need to do alot of research before you sign for any solar. When you call vision solar they are of no help with the issue. I live in ***********, *******

  We signed a contract in November of 2022. They were supposed to install them in February, they didn't come out until April. They put some on the back of the house, left the front panels on a pallet in our back yard, disappeared without a notice of when they would be back. I called and the customer service person stated there was a supply shortage and that they would be out when they received the supplies. They installed the front sometime in May. They haven't been "plugged" in. An inspector for the company came out and looked at the system, the town inspector came out and failed the inspection. I have tried to call and the phone keeps ringing from the numbers that had called me before the installation. They are not hooked up to the electrical system, there are wires just sitting on my roof. I want to cancel due to their breach of contract. I read where there is a class action suit in ** due to shoddy work. I am wondering if there is one in Mass? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  Absolutely awful company stay away. Salesman was on. Educated on the product. Cannot answer a lot of questions. Promised new electrical panel promised the job would be completed in a timely fashion. Panels were installed over two months ago. No return calls and their customer service has no clue on the status of the project. As of now nothing is working when I called off the company and spoke with the supervisor been very combative and did not have any answers or solutions for the damage they created to my house. This is an absolutely terrible company. They should be shut down.

  Hi got this system installed November last year did not work at first second month started working then every week our main breaker would trip off this breaker is 150 Amp. Now our system is inoperable contacted vision solar it's a big problem to get help they are telling me to contact the suppliers after taking my $70000dollars we need to file a lawsuit don't trust this company period

  Never have I encountered such rude people and who refuse to assist in resolving issues which surged due to their neglect misinformation about their product and every aspect from installing to responding to any thing related with their product and procedures. When I went to file taxes, I learned that the rebate check does not exist. I received the written contract way pass the dateline to cancel. As a senior citizen I honestly believe that I have been a victim of a fraud. I called the BBB in ** but they would not hear about my concerns or complaint. Through this email, I hope that at least I can get some feedback as how to proceed with this matter. I need to replace my roof which I had told them needed repair and they said that they would come and remove the panel. Now I call and they want **** to remove what I was told would not cost anything. It wasnt until I saw the contract that they stated this. However, I received the contract after the dateline. Please advice others so they are not scammed by this company.

  Nothing good about this company. STAY AWAY. Keep your peace of mind, sanity, and hard worked for money. There are so many things that they lie about. By the ***** of God I told them I will not be moving forward. I was then told that I owe them a 10% cancellation fee. This fee was very close to 5K. Please bear in mind I only signed the contract after being assured that I could cancel at any time before the panels were placed on the roof. When I told them this I was told, Paperwork trumps Conversation - Nice!Anywho I was also told that a lien would be put on my home if I did not pay the 10%.Now check this out. I do not have a job. My husband does not have a job and we told them so. How did I get the loan????Two people showed up to sell us these panels. Beware they will separate you if there are two people making the decision for purchase. They will go as far as to pretend they know your background ie how you were raised and your life experiences. They prey on the human vulnerabilities. Sickening when I think back.Please do not be pressured into saying yes. I want to say do not be pressured into signing anything however the strength of these sales mens pitch can be overwhelming. In all seriousness please do not go for offers that are only available today, 10 more will come along before the end of the month dont fear.Sincerely Want ****************************** of Solar

  They will lie 100% about the tax refunds. Its been over a year and my panels still don't work! Now I I have a bill of 300 for my electric and almost 300 for solar that doesn't work! they will be super fast to get you locked in, once they have you locked in they dont care about anyone. anyone who wants to start a class action lawsuit with me im in. these jerks should be ripping us off.

  Terrible **mpany. I have already filed a **mplaint with the Attorney General of ******* for this **mpany giving us misleading information about the **st and efficiency of the Solar Panels. The salesman was very persuading and took advantage of senior citizens. Then we find out he was fired from the **mpany!!! We signed up in Dec of 2022 and the system did not go live until June 2023. Now we don't know if the system is producing adequate energy to send back to the electric **mpany to fulfill the amount of our monthly charge. He also told us the *** monthly charge would only be $8.00 and the electric ** said even if we produced enough energy we still would have to pay $30.00 per month!! So what exactly are we supposed to do??? Beware!!!I would have put ZERO STARS but the system wouldn't allow me to leave a review

  DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE, I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN TREATED LIKE I WAS AT THE ***** FOR POLITELY TELLING THEM THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED AND I APPRECIATE THE CALL ANYWAYS. I told them that i WORK for a Solar Company (One of the BEST in the COUNTRY btw, national partners with *****, **** ******** ******* and ******* recognized by ******) AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS VERY UNLIKELY I WORKED WITH SOLAR, THAT THEY DIDNT CARED WHAT I WAS SAYING THEY STILL WANTED MY BILL, AND I SAID I WAS GOING TO REPORT THAT ATTITUDE AND THEY SAID THAT I COULD DO WHATEVER I WANTED WITH MY OPINION AND THAT I WAS SCREWED UP FOR NOT BEING INTERESTED ON THEM (even knowing that my company is waaaaaaaaaaaay better than they will ever be)IF THEY ARE THAT UNPROFESSIONAL EVEN BEFORE SELLING TO YOU IMAGINE AFTER ITS SOLD!!!   Sales reps will blatantly lie to your face and just hope that you don't read the contract. Our sales rep told us that we could get out of our contract all the way up until the day of installation and we wouldn't owe anything. Nothing could be farther from the truth. You have 3 DAYS to cancel the contract. After that you owe them 10% of the total for the system. I understand why they do this, but the sales reps shouldn't be allowed to bold-faced lie about it. Customer service hung up on me 3 times while I was trying to cancel. Worst company I have dealt with. They should be ashamed of their unethical dealings.
