    March 10, 2020 1st payment and second payment is ***** 8,2020 .For 5 years contract expires on March **** Canceled on Jan 2023 as we purchased a new vehicle Dec.30, 2022 I no longer need this insurance and asked for a refund for the unused portion and they refused. they wont even contact me after many attempts calling the company. These people are rude and arrogant.

    I was scammed into this company them claiming OX ******** has a Class Action Law Suit against them and Exclusive National will get my payments i made back from OX and pressured me into taking their ********* and to pay $250. down payment and would be refunded my full payment if not satisfied within 30 days. I sent my letter for a refund and they received it January 10, 2023, 21 days before the 30 days. I call almost everyday, sometimes 2-3 times a day and i dont get anywhere and cant get my money back as of today Jan. 25, 2023. They keep giving me the same line, "I will put in a email for you that you want your refund and you want them to call you" or something stupid like that. I never get a phone call or a definite refund date. They just keep dragging it out and keep playing this same game. I had to cancel my OX ******** now cause i couldnt afford it because of this place. I JUST WANT MY $250.00 BACK NOW!When i tried calling OX i ended up getting this EXCLUSIVE NATIONAL somehow instead.He was a very fast and smooth talker and scammed me.PLEASE GET MY $250.00 BACK NOW PLEASE!!THIS EXCLUSIVE NATIONAL CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!

    I purchased a extended warranty through exclusive National Auto Club for a used minivan 2013 Town and Country that I had purchased the end of October I was told different things about the policy that were not true I did not have I was told 5 years the policy said 3 years I called about that they said it is in my file 5 years which was a lie I was told that I would get oil changes for the rest of the time on the policy that was a lie I only get a discount on three misled for this policy you cannot talk to the person who handles your policy you can call and call you leave messages to get a call back I have been trying to talk to someone since January 4th just called this morning and waiting on to call back once again feel like I have been ripped off I am scared to death of breaking down on the road somewhere and having to pay out of pocket if any repairs are needed or Towing I paid $1,500 down and $154 a month and cannot even speak to someone other than a answering service please help.

    Acquired the car warranty in September 2022. The premium was automatically deducted from my bank account. Then realized I had warranty insurance with another company. Sent in all required documents to cancel policy. I did this in September after receiving the handbook. The premium was still taken out for October and November. Each month was $120.99. I did not realize this until November. I called the company to see why they were still taking it out. Service rep stated that the cancellation had been received and did not know why it was still coming out. She said she would send an email to the responsible department and also send an email to someone about the refund. In December I called again because I had not received my refund. Service rep pulled up my account and read everything about my previous call. Finally, I received my refund. But, it was only for one month. I have been calling every week since then and have been promised I would get it within 10 days, or they resent it to the refund department. The payments did stop coming out of my bank account. I just want my money back. My husband and I are on a fixed income and this refund is desperately needed. Thank you.

    $159 was to be refunded for a down payment on a warranty. The business was to refund the money months ago. The business is not returning calls.

    October 11,2022 , I paid $150 for auto repair coverage, and after the company hit my checking account twice I called back a few days later and cancelled my coverage and asked for a refund before my 30 days were up.

    I had called another company about a warranty. Somehow I ended up reaching Exclusive National. The representative told me he could get the money back that I had paid Car Shield and made the warranty sound good. I purchased this warranty on 09/28/2022. I then called repair shops in my area. They said it was a scam and they do not accept it. I called to cancel it. They said I needed to send in the request form which I did and they said they received it on 10/17/2022 and it would take 2 wks to send the refund. I did not receive it so I called and was told it takes 1-3 business days. I did not receive it again. Called back and she told me they did not get the refund request until November 4th. That I should get it by the 18th. I called today the 18th and was told it is now in review for a refund. Every time I call they tell me something different. They are liars and this warranty is a scam!!!

    I was trying to reach fidelity extended warranty company to file a claim by phone and instead the number that appeared looked as if it was Fidelity 's number but when they answered they quickly stated that my warranty was fraudulent with Fidelity and I would receive a refund, I gave them my card info under the guise I was getting money but instead they charged my card ******. they told me that my fidelity warranty was not valid and that I would have to buy their warranty I told them I couldn't do it and he told me that he had already charged me $199. I asked to have that refunded immediately he gave me the runaround then told me it would happen within the hour and he would call me back he never called me back and the money was deducted from my account now I have received some paperwork in the mail saying that I have a contract with them. I have tried to call them several times and the scammer just placed me on hold indefinitely. A contract that I never initiated or wanted and certainly did not say it was okay to take $199 out of my account. Lastly my account with Fidelity was valid and when I finally got in touch with them they covered my expenses for my automobile so they flat out lied to me and then they stole from me. They were extremely sneaky and rude. I wish there was more I could do to stop this scam from happening to others. They made it sound like they were taking over ALL the Fidelity contracts and I would be refunded for my extended warranty. Not sure how these people sleep at night. I had to cancel my debit card and report the fraud. But I still have a contract I can't seem to cancel. HELP!

I'm not exactly sure how you got in touch with us,  but we always introduce ourselves as Exclusive National Auto Club ( E.N.A.C. ) on a recorded and monitored line. We frequently rate other Companies by the experiences of their prior customers, so any information we provide to a consumer about another company not paying a claim, for whatever reason, comes from word of mouth or a trusted verification site used for checking a company's track record.  We've never taken any money out of your account, for the record.  We are always available to speak with you at our toll-free number ************.  Sorry for any misunderstandings, Please feel free to call.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They did take money out of my account and I had to cancel my debit card and file a claim with my bank. Also, I recently received a call from this company asking me to pay my over due bill!! I certainly hope this will not effect my credit. I was trying to call Fidelity auto warranty company and mistakenly clicked on this horrible company's number, from there the person said my warranty with Fidelity was no good and proceeded to assure me I was receiving a refund but in reality I was charged. BTW, my ***************** is valid and I used it to cover my car repair. I have no need for any additional services. I can only hope this can serve as a warning to other potential victims.

    This is my second complaint filed against this company. They said a check was mailed to me in September after filing my original complaint with BBB. When I call again no one is available to answer my question of where is my refund check. I did move on 10/01/22 but the mail would have forwarded the check. All I get as usual is a bad, derogatory attitude.Please investigate and respond to me.Thank you,*******************
