I have a contract with Omega ENA2M52932 VIN ***************** They are associated with EXCLUSIVE NATIONAL AUTO CLUB BASED In ** I have asked Omega for help twice each time they turn me down.The first denial was for a problem with my catalyst converter OK I understood know warranty company does okay I have a transmission problem. It's Rejected they say I had a 30 day warranty in which time I was to receive a warranty booklet I never received I told them twice that I never received the item, still no contract book yet. In my opinion how could I truly rate they service unless service was provided, Service as know been rendered. And they offer know assistance nothing but apologize with know substance or use, While they keep taking my money the mechanic need to be paid if they refund my money I can do that because if I wait around for the next time they will find another loop-hold to keep taking my money.They tape conversation with me will show how their Salesperson talk me out of canceling my contract saying stuff like oh who wrote this, they wrote You the wrong policy. Don't cancel You will loose and how good my service will be all for the sole purpose of stalling my 30 day warranty they are throwing in my face. Please help me expose this racket and refund my money for know service rendered on their part.Business Response

I recently called the wrong number to check to see if I set up autopsy correctly on my endurance account and the man acted as if I called the right company and told me that I was not under the right plan and it wouldn't be covered if something happened and told me I would get a refund from the previous plan and then proceeded to sign me up on a different plan it was a completely different company! I have never received a refund and I feel completely duped and lied to everything I've called To cancel I don't get to speak to someone I want a full refund for the two monthly payments I've paid and I would suggest no one trusts them they completely lied to me!Business Response

I'm not exactly sure how you got in touch with us, but we always introduce ourselves as Exclusive National Auto Club ( E.N.A.C. ) on a recorded a monitored line. We frequently rate other Companies by the experiences of there prior customers , so any information we provide to a consumer about another company not paying a claim , for whatever reason, comes from word of mouth or a trusted verifcation site used for checking a company's track recored. thanks for your customer experience response , we are terribly sorry for any bad experience you may have had dealing with our answer service representative, we would like all experiences dealing with us to be easy, helpful, and right to the point, you made a payment of $195.00 to start a vehicle protection plan, you should've received by now a policy booklet in the mail detailing your order with Exclusive National Auto Club.A vehicle service contract also called an extended auto warranty, vehicle protection plan, or extended service contract protects you from paying for unexpected car repairs out of pocket after your factory warranty expires.
There are two main types of vehicle service contracts: a powertrain warranty and a bumper to bumper warranty. A powertrain warranty covers the components that make your vehicle move: the engine, transmission, transfer case, drive axles, and other related components. A bumper-to-bumper warranty covers most vehicle parts between your front and rear bumpers. Bumper-to-bumper warranties are often exclusionary, meaning that instead of listing every part thats covered, your contract will only list what isnt covered.

I called car shield some kind of way ended up with exclusive national Auto the customer service people are rude they took $149 out of my account on August 9th as of August 29th I havent received any paperwork on it and when I tried to call and find out when can I get my money back they were very rude and doesn't seem like a legitimate company because they don't identify their self when they answer the phone they don't say the name of the company I'm trying to receive a refund for money they took out of my account on August the 19th I've sent them a letter I will be sending it certified so I know that somebody received itBusiness Response

Sorry for the late reply, THis policyholder was refunded through their bank. Our policy tracker with the postal service shows it was received on 08/26/2022. We have 24/7 answer services that assist with any cancellation request,, the policyholder was instructed to send a cancellation letter which was received on Sept 2nd, 2022. Paid **** up front for auto warranty and agreed to 3 drafts to complete my warranty. Then I bought a new car and cannot get them to transfer the warranty. They are rude, argumentative and down right rude. I want all of my money back. I cant get them to solve this situation.**Business Response

Enclosed is a letter I wrote to Exclusive National Auto Club for a refund in the amount of $229.99. I have been trying to cancel the contract since 07-05-22. I have phone records when I'm called several times no response. Please follow up with this company if it's fraud going on. You can't get them, whether its a claim or customer service. Someone will take down info, no return call. Call manager at ************, mail box is full. The person ****************** can't be reached. I need an answer before I turn over to my lawyer.
