    I think I have been scammed by Exclusive National Auto club. I was calling to pay my bill with Car shield and this guy answered and tells me that Car Shield has sold me a policy that does not cover my car. So they tells me that Car shield will refund me back for the months I was with them . So I cancelled Car Shield thinking I was talking to someone from Car Shield and all the time it was National Auto ********** how they intercepted the call. National ********* drafted a payment out of my bank without my consent. I called them to tell them I want my money back on my card. They tell me it will be 72 hours before it goes back on my card. I just want to cancel this policy with National *********.

    She went above and beyond her job to help me. I got completely screwed over by another company and she has done everything in her power to make it right. Even though I'm far from done with this whole process she has promised to help see it through. She definitely deserves a raise or promotion or both. She is what all customer service representatives should strive to be like.

    EXCLUSIVE NATIONAL AUTO CLUB IS A FAKE AND DISHONEST THEFT RING. ESPECIALLY, THE ********************************** My nightmare began in January 2023, and still goes on as of May 2023!! I cancelled my policy and requested a refund. I had previously spoken with the owner, ***************************, who was very friendly until I advised him I wanted to cancel my policy and I requested a refund. After his excuses, ***** ended the conversation by saying I would receive my refund. LIE!!! I also spoke with **** who literally told me I had to send in a formal request, with my current mileage. When I asked why the form, when Im speaking with him now, **** responded, because Im telling you to mail it. WHAT?? After waiting months I still have not received a refund. I again spoke with ****, who now told me I had to wait until PayLinkDirect, ***********************************************************************************, received a formal request and processed the refund. ANOTHER LIE!! I spoke with a Rep. from PayLinkDirect who immediately canceled any further payments; but, stated Exclusive National Auto Club/*************************** would refund my money. As of today, my wife and I have also spoken with ***** and ***************************. MORE LIES AND STILL NO REFUND. BOTTOM LINE, *************************** AND EXCLUSIVE NATIONAL AUTO CLUB ARE SIMPLY LIARS AND THIEVES!! DONT EXPECT ANY DECENCY, HONESTY OR PROFESSIONALISM FROM THIS CROOKED BUSINESS AND ITS OWNER-***************************.

    They are LIARS..They have no remorse f or anything .I attempted to Car Shield they picked up on the call somehow . I was told that my current policy did not cover the service that I needed . They offered another policy .They ask me what my mileage was on my car .I did not know as I was at work and told them . I was told that I could call them back with it . I called Carshield to check on it . They never referred me to them .They also told me that I could cancel if I did not want it .I called back that day they were closed .I called back the next day The guy said that I would to wait until I received the benefits package in 7days That when I got it I could call and give them the code and they would cancel it .I called 8 days The lady said that I would need to mail it in . They also said that it was just ***** dollars it is not like it is a thousand dollars.I mailed it on the 25 th of March ***** .The lady **** called and ask if I wanted to cancel . I told them yes .I wanted my money back and wanted it canceled. I was told it would be mailed in 4-6 weeks . I called today and like usual the agent could not be bothered to answer my questions .I was told that **** would call me back in 5minutes so I waited . I had to return to work ,she called after I returned to work .I was told by **** in the voice mail that I would get it today ,it never came .. I am so tired of being lied to .

    My nightmare started when my credit card was compromised. I had automatic payments for a vehicle warranty service. When I called the number on my monthly transaction report, I ended up with Exclusive National Auto Club (****). The gentleman I spoke to asked who the policy was through and informed me that my local dealers wouldn't accept the policy, promised to get all my money back that I had paid if I signed up with **** and the initial deposit was fully refundable. I signed up. After I got off the phone I call my local dealers and they do in fact accept the policy I had. I called back to **** and requested to cancel the policy. I was told that I had to submit this in writing. The next day I received a phone call from **** asking why I was cancelling the policy and the individual laughed at me and hung up. On 12/27/22 I completed the form and both emailed and mailed the form to ****. The second week in Jan 2023 I called **** and asked for the status of my refund. I was told that it was still being processed. First week in Feb I called again and was told that the policy was cancelled, the refund was still being processed and I would hear from the individual responsible for my policy. I never heard from the individual. Finally after numerous, at least 5, calls I decided to contact the BBB. About a week after submitting my complaint the BBB stated that **** replied that they had refunded my money and I was satisfied. On Apr 14 I had not seen the money. I sent a rebuttal to the BBB and on Apr 17, after the weekend, I called ****. They told me that the refund was sent on Apr 12. I again looked in my account and it was in fact there but was completed on Apr 14, unsure of the time. The BBB then sent another email to me stating that the **** had talked to me, I guess I did talk to them, and I was completely satisfied. i AM NOT SATISIFED WITH HOW **** HANDLED THIS AND NEVER HAVE BEEN! I believe that if I had not contacted the BBB I wouldn't have gotten my money back.

    The statement made by Exclusive National Auto Club, "This policyholder was fully refunded 7 days after he contacted ** to cancel," is a lie. Original Transaction from Bank Statement: Dec 21, 2022Exclusive National AutoFinancial$XXX.** Refund Transaction from Bank Statement: Apr 14, 2023Exclusive National AutoFinancial+$XXX.** I called, left messages, emailed and spoke directly with representatives, at least 3 times, at Exclusive National Auto Club numerous times and got no action. The only time action was taken was when I filed a complaint with the BBB. A rating of zero for customer service would be too high. ******************** has no integrity at all! They have lied and continue to lie with no appearance of having any character. Nothing like having an valid business that is a legally operated scam organization. Don't let the quick talking and "we want to help you" pull you in. Exclusive National Auto Club is a wolf in sheep's clothing--THEY ARE EVIL!

    I have read numerous complaints about Exclusive National Auto Club. All of the complaints were similar,there are no lies about what this fake company does.For I had fallen short of there scam, fraud,lies, and misrepresentation, I came in contact with the smooth talker who has mislead many people (*********************, ******************* )and others. These Complaints are in faceted are true.

    First of all, this company tells me how good they are and how I can go anywhere to get my car fixed. That wasn't true. I call them and they tell me there's a website I can go to that list the auto shops I can go to. Then I tell the guy that I'm not interested because I just paid the company I'm with $86.52 for the same service and I hung up. He calls me back telling me that their company is listed with the better business bureau and the company I was with wasn't. He said they could get my money back from this company. I switch over believing I was going to get my money back and a better deal. They charge me $149.00 upfront telling me that I was getting a special deal after I just told them I wanted to wait unit I closed my last deal with the other company I just paid $86.52. I ended up paying more money in which I didn't have in my budget for something that was suppose to be better than what I had. So I get my card in the mail and my first name was wrong and it had the wrong city for the address. I call them back to fix the problem in which they did but they never reissued me the cards with the right information on them. I ask about my refund from the other company and they never tell me that I had to fill out this claims refund form. I'm assuming that no one followed up because they screwed up my info. Now I'm paying them $107.99 a month and no one bothers to tell me the status of my refund that made me spend the money to switch over. It's ******* and I call to inform them that I had been in a incident and totalled my car and to cancel my contract. After speaking to these guys, they still take out the $107.99 from my account and tell me that because I'm going to cancel I nevered signed the refund form to get my refund I have to do it on my own.These people had the nerve to tell me to send them a letter to cancel from contract. I never signed anything.I desrve my refund back and the money they took from me after my incident. Exclusive National ********* is a bust.

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I opened this account on 8/15/2022 in good faith. I found out that the company had such bad reviews and they just were not a good company. I decided to cancel my membership. I did so in writing as they requested with in the 30 day period. They promised to send me my deposit of $250.00. I have been lied to every since that day! I am sick of hearing that we will move you to the top of the list and your check will be issued on Friday. We can only issue a paper check or your check is in the mail. I called and asked for a copy of the check or check number to be emailed to me and of course they said they would do that immediately. I want my $250.00 down payment back! I have called consistently and spoke to different people about my money. Still I have not received it!

    Se a n Ga nn on thought he could scam me over. He seemed helpful at first and persuaded me to pay the $149 down payment. He said i could change my mind no problem. I called later and said i found something more affordable and offers the same benefits. He immediately started arguing and raising his voice. ******* at me telling me i cant have my money back. Telling me i have to sign some dumb sh*t and then would have to wait 3 weeks for my refund. Thats illegal bi*ch! But I reported him and the shi**y company to the attorney general and told them i did, so of course his b*tch a$$ gave me my refund back. I did get it back. Smart move on their part. The other employees that answered reassured me i would get it back too. Serves them right trying to scam people. Losers. How do you b*tches sleep at night knowing youre fu**ing scum?!
