    I was calling ************** to cancell and exclusive national auto club was on the line. *************************** was his name he said I couldnt cancel from them because they are 3rd party but he could do it in 30 dat because his company is the parent company. He was so rude told me it would cost me 99 dollars and then in 30 days i would get my money back. I got my money back from **************. I called exclusive back and again a rude man said i would not get the ************************************ 500 dollars to cancel. After arguing with him for 20 minutes he said in a very rude way we will not charge you 500 to cancel but you not getting the 99 back and dont ever call here again.

    I am very disappointed that I cannot get my $99.00 back from this so called company. I live on social security and I am fed up with their excuses that I get daily.

    My ne is ********************* I do not no how I was connected with them. I was calling car shield from off ******* And was asking is my car covered to get racket pinion or something of that nature. The gentleman ask for my name, number, credit card, then begin to tell me that car shield is under investigation due to under paying customer service. His Name was *************************: he explained how I had to ho through a revover process throught GMC care. And that $****** would be waiver risk free. And all of my money that I paid into Car Shield would be returned back to me. He ask how much did I pay car shield a month I told him ***** then he explained if I went with gmc I would pay ******, which is waiver then ***** a month. I explained to him how I think this is a shame and how I had one year left to pay off car shield Well he said, it's our curiosity to you to fix the problem. Not noing that money was coming out of my account and changing company with car shield. I was calling for one thing. And now a mess Shame on you. I want my money returned

    All of our calls are recorded and monitored for quality assurance, we never render our services if they aren't directly needed or asked for, we provide extended service agreements nationwide, and upon calling us the consumer was told who we are and what we do, before asking for any payment information or otherwise personal information, we reached out to the customer and went over the issues and apologized for any misunderstandings, we also refunded her account and closed her file with us. if you there are any further questions please call us at ************

    They called me about my car trying to give me an extended warranty. The guy named *************************** was really pushy and I really should have got off the phone with him there. Instead he was able to charge my credit card when I told him that I wanted to consult with my husband first. $149. I try to call today for a refund and instead of transferring me over, they had someone call me back. So the supervisor (I didn't catch his name ?????) called me back and got all defensive when I asked for a refund. We got into a shouting match. He said that he can't give me a refund through the phone or a system. There's a form I have to fill out. Ummmm....excuse me! You wouldn't get so defensive if it was a legitimate company. Sounds like a scam to me. I got so mad that I hung up on him and called the credit card that was charged. They made note of it, closed that card so it won't go through and they are giving me a new card.

    this consumer was never a customer because she opted out the same day, the reason was buyers remorse, we understand sometimes in our line of work a consumer can change their mind, and if so we have an easy cancellation process that can be done at any time.

    I called in July n got a contract, called back the next day to cancel it I was told to fill out the card in the booklet which I never received to cancel the contract. Every time I called no one answered the phone, then they want you leave a message, but the say the mail box is full. I was told to write the office in ** and cancel, I did that, still hasnt refunded my money. Spoke to ********************* he was very rude and hung up the phone. Each time I called its a different store if Im lucky to speak to someone. I just want my 180$. I think theyre a scam. Stay away.
