On 11/25/24 I had sold my 25 dollar apple gift card to cardcash.com for ***** that would be issued as a mailed check. My order to sell the gift card was accepted and they had claimed all the funds from the ***** gift card I sold them. After a month of waiting I contacted them several times to let them know I did not receive the check in the mail. The provided address was correct. On 12/27/24 they sent me a legal compliance letter to verify my address, provide a proof of it, and to state they would seek litigation if it was false. Further more they stated they would charge me **************************************************************************************************************************************************** such a manner where they take your gift card funds and after a month where they did not send the check they force you to sign a litigation compliance letter. I still have not received confirmation they are sending me a check for the gift card funds they already took from me.Business Response

Gift cards entered on Cardcash website for possible sale were stolen. Three gift cards to *******, 2 in the amount of $100 and 1 in the amount of $55, were used after I entered them for sale on 12/12/2024. ******* has identified the name of the male individual who used the first two to purchase an 8-in-1 air fryer/grill/oven, which they received in **********, and redeemed the third to their brand new account on 12/16/2024. In addition, two gift cards to Ace Hardware, one in the amount of $100 and the other in the amount of $50, which I also submitted to Cardcash on 12/12/2024, were used in two separate transactions on 12/13/2024 - one for $49.06 and another for $100 on Ace Hardware e-commerce with the address listed as ***************************************. I received no payment from Cardcash for these transactions and had no idea the cards had been stolen until I checked their balances, I believe they stole additional card information but am still gathering information from ********* and **** US regarding the transactions made on the cards. The amount stolen from my ****** gift cards was, at minimum, $10, and the amount stolen from **** was $138. ******* can be contacted, given my email address, and directed to the last order made on my account for details regarding the thefts of their cards. I ask that the $573.00 I currently know were stolen be refunded immediately and that any additional card thefts be refunded in their entirety, as well.Business Response

As a secondary gift card marketplace, we prioritize security and take extensive precautions when processing transactions.
We want to clarify that the cards in question were never added to our inventory, meaning we had no access to them at any point.
For further information regarding the cards, we recommend contacting the merchant directly. They may be able to provide additional details on the cards.

I purchased four (4) $25.00 Amazon gift cards from your website. The order number was *******.I redeemed three (3) of them; however, the fourth card, number (Last four digits 8F3B) showed to be deactivated and I was unable to redeem it. I respectfully request you send a replacement $25.00 gift card or issue me a $25.00 refund. On Friday, December 6, 2024, I purchased $200.00. The purchase was broken down into four separate cards Card number (Last four digits 0722) should have been for $64.04; however, the card only had $53.95. My order was shorted by $10.09.I respectfully request to be refunded the $10.09 shortage.Business Response

I've been a frequent customer of theirs for several years. I used to love them, despite a few hiccups that I had to nag them into fixing. Their biggest issue is that they don't own up to their mistakes, whether it is sending a bad card, selling ********* gift cards that are already associated with someone's account and sometimes the old owner uses the gift card, or sending them to an old address. I recently ordered some physical cards after updating my new address and double-checking that the new address showed up on the order before I submitted it. They sent it to my old address anyway. I contacted them and they said my old address was on file. This is a huge issue that they need to resolve in a hurry. Part of me almost didn't place the order because I was worried that would happen, but since my new address was showing both on the order and my account, I hit submit. On a previous order, I had forgotten to update my address, so immediately after I placed the order, I changed my address and contacted them to have them change the address. They said they would inform the shipping department. I got an email a couple of days later showing that they shipped it to the old address anyway, but I was hoping the **** forwarding would divert it. I contacted them a few weeks later to find out if they even sent it. Nope...they were just holding on to it for some reason. Very, very sloppy. I asked them to send it and finally got them. I own up to having the wrong address the first time, but I did reach out immediately. The second time I verified it was the right address. I don't trust them at all to properly ship physical cards anymore. Now I have ****** just arguing with me, instead of figuring out what they did wrong or if there's something wrong with their system. They don't even provide a tracking number, and even though they sat on my gift cards on the previous order instead of sending it to my new address. Don't trust this company with your physical gift cards.Business Response

I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding your recent order. After reviewing your account, I can confirm that your address was successfully updated in our system. However, when the order was submitted via ******, the old address was used for the shipment, which caused the delivery issue. I completely understand how this can be frustrating and as a courtesy, we will be issuing a full refund for your order.Initial Complaint

On October 30, 2024, I acquired a physical AutoZone gift card from CardCash, reference number #********. I was informed that the gift card was dispatched on the same day; however, it was sent to my former mailing address. Upon realizing this error, I promptly reached out to customer service to notify them of the incorrect shipping address. Unfortunately, their response indicated that they were unable to assist in retrieving the gift card. I requested a tracking number but have yet to receive any reply. Recently, I came across numerous negative reviews regarding CardCash's failure to send gift cards to updated addresses. The current resident at my previous address has confirmed that they have not received the gift card. Consequently, I can only conclude that CardCash either has not dispatched the gift card, resulting in a loss of $510.53, or has permitted someone else to misappropriate this amount. In either scenario, I am seeking a refund, the delivery of the original purchase, or a replacement for the same value.Business Response
