      I joined Lifepoints panel and completed a month long survey in December for 1500 Lifepoints and was required to log all of my purchases for the month as well as the payment methods used. During this time, I also successfully completed 36 regular surveys which is extremely time consuming due to how many survey opportunities reject you mid survey and how many surveys freeze. My earnings for this period total 4521 points. For 2 weeks, starting in mid January, no new surveys were loaded. I decided to cash out my points since no new surveys had been available and my points redemption request was denied and I was instructed to contact support. Support responded with the generic message listed on many of these reviews that my membership "has not met our quality standards...Therefore, your account has been suspended and all Lifepoints, incentives, and rewards have been forfeited". I did nothing to violate the terms of use and I spent a lot of time completing these surveys. Also, I was never informed of any problems. If there was an issue with my membership, I expect the company to notify me. I had to contact them to find out this information. If there were any "quality issues", this should have been communicated before I wasted hours completing 36 surveys for them. This is completely unacceptable and the timing for these problems only started at the time the 1500 points from the December survey were awarded. This company just does not want to make good on the payouts and it seems very coincidental my account was frozen once I had earned the promised points for successful survey completion. I request that the company review my profile as I have done nothing to violate the terms and conditions. I do not want to participate on this platform after this inconvenience, but I do want to redeem the points that I have earned. All of these reviews show that many people have been cancelled in a similar manner with no warning, no recourse, and only a generic response from the company.

      I have been a member of Lifepoint panel for well over 10 years. They have always been a favorite survey site of mine. Recently I requested my points to be redeemed for ****** gift cards valued at $15. A week later I get an email saying there was a problem, if I couldn't resolve, to open a ticket with help center. It would only let me request ******, which I did not want. When I emailed them again, they said "After reviewing your account, we determined that your membership and/or participation has not met our quality standards or membership requirements". I was insulted and frustrated. I responded to their email and asked for my $15 and to be reinstated. They ********** this point, I just want the money that I earned. I explained to them that I had earned the money BEFORE they suspended my account. They refused.I feel that I should be paid the amount that I earned before they terminated my account. I have 1955 points in my account.I can provide our emails if needed.Thank you, ****

      My experience with the Lifepoint website is very limited because I really did not have enough opportunity to give accurate reviews, but I can say that it is quite good. I participated in a few surveys and won a valuable prize. $5, but after my first prize, my membership was suspended without any real justification or prior warning. Everything is great there. It is simple and easy to use, but suspending membership randomly can greatly harm their reputation.

      Hello, my experience was with Lifepoint. Participating in surveys and competitions on social media was something I did almost every day. It is one of the most exciting and interesting sites. I received many prizes for participating in surveys or even free rewards, but everything suddenly changed and they suspended my membership. I know the real reason for this. I have been a member for a year now and I know the site well, but it deserves a very good rating

      Lifepoint credited my points and canceled my membership at the end of March after several months of activity within the community there without any real reason or justification. I worked hard to get my points and did not commit any violations of the sites terms.

      Hello, I would like to share my experience with the Lifepoint survey site. I was a member for several months. I participated in many surveys and received many rewards. It is easy and simple, but the worst thing you can face is for my membership to be canceled without any introductions and without you making any mistake. This is something I cannot find. Any explanation is clear, but in general it is more than wonderful

      I have been a member of LifePoint for several months and things were going really well until they asked me to include my PayPal account as a security measure to ensure that the reward reaches the correct account. I actually did that. After that, they said that my membership had been suspended without disclosing the reason.

      I am not very happy with Life Points. I have tried emailing them several times to find out when I am going to get paid. They have not responded back. I have a bad feeling about this company. I have cashed out and waiting payment on my Venmo account. Very frustrated at this point

      Lifepoints would net let me redeem my 6900 points, saying I was deactivated for not earning the points. Complete scam. They should not be allowed to do business.
