      I had the same issue a lot of people have had with LifePonts: Registered one morning, spent an hour filling out the surveys on my dashboard and very nearly got enough points to get the 5 gift voucher. Woohoo! I was looking forward to my dash refreshing with more and being able to finally finish earning that bit of extra pocket money. Then a few hours later, ****, I log back in and my account is banned without any explanation given. I contacted customer support and got a boilerplate response that my account had been suspended for security reasons.Honestly it just seems like it's an absolute ****** whether you get to stay a member or not and I'd hate for you to end up like me, wasting an hour of time for nothing in return. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason behind these bans.

      Long time member that was locked out due to "violation of terms". Was sent a copy of the terms and can't see where a violation occurred and they won't tell me. Took the $75 in wages earned out of my account. How can they get away with not paying workers?

I have already done so.Going forward, when accessing our LIfepoints Community, please be sure you are not using a VPN.       This So called survey site is just rotten. After being a survey taker for several years, I am suddenly locked out of my account. They will not let me get to my earned points, which are worth about $100.00. I know by seeing reviews, that they are doing the same thing to many other hard working survey takers. They send out the same form letters to victims, that don't explain why their accounts are closed. It seems like their PR ***** , is actually run by robots. They are heartless, and they are THIEVES. They steal time &dignity from survey takers. Their clients should know that Lifepoints is not paying survey takers for their services. Maybe their clients should not have to pay Lifepoints. Just saying! I & many others want what we earned. Don't make the mistake of signing up with this corrupt survey company.
