      Lifepoints has changed and NOT for the good. Lifepoints panel is kicking people out arbitrarily who have accrued a lot of points saying that they have tried to game the system (acted dishonestly). I'd been with them for a decade. and they kicked me off three times because Yahoo put them in my spam folder. I didn't. My email provider did. They let me back on and eventually gave me my points back. This last time (4th time) they kicked me off, I had almost ***** point accrued. They did let me back on but still hadn't given me my points back. I hadn't gotten any surveys at all. I noticed that there was a preferences survey to fill out and did so. Then I got some surveys. I did two, then got kicked out while I was in process on a 3rd one they sent. I thought they had kicked me out due to my email provider marking it spam again, so I tried to sign up again. They said my email was in use. I wrote them and explained what happened and they judged me to be dishonest and violating the *** and stole my points. I don't really care if they don't want me back, but I was NOT dishonest and I DID those surveys that accrued those nearly ***** points. I did them honestly and never once violated their terms of service. It is the same group that benefits by not having to pay me my points that has absolute power over deciding that I violated their terms of service. This has happened to hundreds of people if you read various website complaints. If they were a brick and mortar place, they'd have to pay me my points when they severed my participation in surveys. I did the work honestly regardless what they say. It is financially in their favor to not have to pay out those points to multiple people. They have absolute power over whether or not you get those points. Does anyone see the conflict here?

      Lightspeed is a company too huge for a simple call or response to the small to medium business. STAY AWAY!! Do not do business with them if you are need of real assistance, you WILL NOT get a reasonable response or reply only a ticket number. Which will be passed from one CSR to another CSR to another CSR and than an automated response of ticket being resolved. To get your business they will act concerned, but don't believe it. Wanted to switch from annual service to monthly. Simple request right. Wrong, 4 weeks has past, POS system is still down and the company repeat is "We have escalate your ticket to billing. No you can't call them. No I can't transfer you. YOU JUST SIT and WAIT for a call or email." New email, "since we haven't heard from you, your ticket is resolved." **************** is a shell game. Don't spend your money or time with this company. I manage over 15 companies and will not recommend this company to anyone. They are out of country and I am OUT OF PATIENCE!!

      As with the rest of the complaints from most subscribers, I have the same problem. My membership is canceled once I join and participate in several surveys over several days. Then they send you a set of unreal reasons that you fully realize that you have nothing to do with, and then you get nothing. Well, is there anyone who can take a look at my activity? And to really check for violations, I would like this to be fair

There is always something to do and use the time to get approvals. They feel responsible and that you are in the right place to change the future. Anyway, my only observation is that in the past week I did not receive any surveys or invitations to participate.       I recently changed my email and after that my dashboard is empty of any surveys and I no longer receive any surveys in the email I tell that to support team but they don't solve that

      Like thousands of others have mentioned, Lifepoints Surveys is a totsal scam, my account was suspended for no valid reason as soon as I tried to redeem points for a gift card !

      It's the best website I've ever registered on. Most of the studies are presented beautifully because they're a great deal of fun, but I didn't give them a full rating because I ran into several issues related to my accounts not receiving surveys or invitations for more than several months and more. I contacted the support team and they always responded that the account was working. Well well why don't I receive any surveys you prefer to answer them unconvincingly then

      I joined Lifepoint on May 21. I participated in surveys several times and received some nice rewards, and I was progressing wonderfully, but after several days when I logged in, it did not happen, and I received a notice that my membership was suspended and I had to contact the support team. I did not hesitate to do so, and it was wonderful. To answer my question about the reason for this happening, they said that it could be due to ***** or inconsistent answers, a different geographical location, and many other things... I did not find any reason that could have been done by me, and therefore it was not convincing. I hope that the officials there will verify this. And I didn't do the wrong thing

      Lifepoint canceled my membership directly and without any warning and refused to inform me of the reason, so are they doing this randomly? They should take the matter seriously, as the time spent there is valuable.
