      My account has been suspended after being a member for a year. I got no explanation other than that I violated their terms and conditions. You asked for a specific reason because I had been doing the same work for a year, but they did not explain that accurately. They sent you a large group of completely unconvincing reasons, none of which I did. I don't understand why they didn't even notify me why my account was cancelled. I just went to log into my account and couldn't get in. You should at least let your members know via email or something. I've heard from other members who have had the same experience in recent weeks. I am very disappointed

      After many years as a Lightspeed panelist, my account was deactivated. I was not given a specific reason but was told that I had violated the terms and conditions and sent a link to those terms and conditions. I was unable to determine which of those I had violated and asked for specifics. I was told that was not possible for security reasons and to prevent circumvention of rules but that their reviews indicated that I would not be reinstated.After reading the other complaints here, it appears that I am not alone in this unsatisfactory experience with Lightspeed.

      I know that this is not a favorable outcome for you and it definitely is not one that we take lightly.  However, it is a necessary one for us in order to continue to be our best and keep our commitment to our clients.

      I had been a member for a couple of years and never had an issues. Then one day after you guys did your new app release I couldnt get in any more to my account. It said it had been deactivated so I reached out to you guys and no one could help me besides saying I did something horrible to terminate my account. I have all the emails for you guys and only one person got back to me. No information as to what I did. I had just finished my last huge survey and was excited because I had just got to my $100 dollar **** which I normally cash out so I was going into my account to see if I got the last survey which I did. Didnt think anything of it because like I said I never had any issues. Then I went in a couple of days later and just did the new app download and I got hit with sorry your membership has been cancelled. So bogus with no one getting back to me and no one letting me know what I did wrong. Just a simple email from one of your people saying you did something awful. Oh okay, what an answer. Be aware with this survey app.

      My account was suspended after being a member for 10 years. I was not given an explanation other than I violated their Terms and Conditions. I asked for a specific reason as I have been doing the same work for 10 years but they would not elaborate. i don't understand why they didn't even notify me of why my account was cancelled. I just went to log in into my account and I could not get in. You should at least tell your members through an email or something.       I was a member for several years, and I was paid a few thousand dollars for my time. Then without warning, I received the message that my membership had been cancelled and my access to my account was denied. I contacted them for further information. They sent me a generic email stating that I had violated their terms and conditions. The email provided a list of 10 things that I might have violated, but then stated it might have been something else. They completely refuse to provide any specific allegation to explanation as to how I supposedly violated their rules. They have also forfeited the points I had accumulated and do not have any plans on paying me for my contributions. There are many reviews of their site stating similar actions to many other people.

      I wish I could give them less than a 1 star, as that is what they truly deserve, but unfortunately the lowest star rating is a 1. I have been a member of LifePoints for a few years now and up until Tuesday, June 13th, I was able to complete surveys and cash in my points without issue. On Tuesday, June 13th I was unable to login to my account because my membership was cancelled, so of course I contacted them because I hadn't initiated the cancellation and wanted to know why it was cancelled. A couple days later I get a response back from the help center with a list of possible scenarios as to why my account was flagged and ultimately cancelled, and then a link to the Term and Conditions, so I reviewed the conditions and still could not find a reason as to the cancellation. I do not have multiple accounts. I find it coincidental and somewhat suspicious that they would cancel my account when I had **** points. I feel cheated out of my time and I feel that my years of dedication to the LifePoints survey panel were so poorly valued. This seems to be a trend with this company where they cancel your account and forfeit your accumulated points. Don't waste your time with this company as they do not value your time and will cancel your account without a valid reason.

      I was a member of Life ****** for a while doing surveys. I requested my reward. After that request a couple of days later when I logged in my account said ACCESS DENIED contact them . I reached out sent photos of my reward request. They said I violated their terms which I Never Did and permanently banned my account. They reneged on giving me the reward as well. Something is wrong on their end

      What are the quality standards?That's not a clear definitive answer - its extremely vague!I was a member for many months, actually over a year never did anything wrong only had (1) email address registered.As soon as I requested a reward with partial amount of ********* this happened.Please explain to me EXACTLY the reason why I was deactivated and what I did wrong according to your organization.Thank You this is not resolved and I will file another complaint.

      I had been a member of LifePoints for several years. They have paid out several thousand dollars to me. A few weeks ago I tried to sign in to take more surveys and found that my account had been cancelled. After waiting 2 weeks for an answer from the help center I get a vague generic response that my account had been flagged for one or more of 6 reasons, or possibly something else. I know that none of the 6 stated reasons were accurate, but they stated there was nothing more they could do. I do not have multiple accounts, etc. They did forfeit my accumulated points. There seems to be quite a few reviews on their review site with similar issues. It takes long enough to earn a little money taking surveys, but having an account cancelled makes it much more of a waste of time. Hopefully, people reading my review will not waste their time with this site.

      After 3 weeks and many surveys they kicked me out. They only owe me for 1 lousy 10-dollar gift card. Is that a reason to cancel a membership. This is what they said. "Your membership was canceled. Please contact us if you have any questions." That is a joke because you can't find a way to contact them. Run Run

      I am receiving a message my membership was cancelled why? I have over ****** points and do not think this is fair. I saw others had the same experience with no explanation. What is going on? I do not think it is fair and honest to take away years worth of awards with no explanation. Poor service and very poor loyalty by business to consumer.
