Worst service I experienced. Three different occasions I was scheduled to have my tv repaired and the never showed up. Providing no reason for their no show, when called the continually place you on hold and then hang up. I am in the process of taking my tv back to Best Buy where it was purchased.

This company does not care about the customer. My tv has been dead a week. They refuse to come out and fix it. I have been hung up by Dio and the manager **** told me a tech is coming but they are not. I have a warranty and they refuse to honor it..

Piling on to the other complains and poor reviews here. I called ******* about my inoperable refrigerator. They sent out a tech from ***. **** arrived and spoke broken English. He first tried to connect to the smart hub, unsuccessfully, to get diagnostic info. He then took off a panel and said I had a low gas issue and then charged me $120. I asked what happens next and **** told me that his company doesn't fix these issues, and I'll have to contact ******* for another engineer.I didn't get a good feeling about the work performed for $120. Must be nice to get paid so much for 10 mins work of eyeballing a problem. Can't really blame ****, but I can the company for sending someone who doesn't speak articulate English and cannot assure me that my refrigerator will be repaired. Given the number of reports on BBB, I called ******* and asked for another service vendor.

Home Service Network is a terrible company that does not fix anything. They just come out and diagnose the problem and charge you a service fee and they leave.Awful in every way possible! How does a company come out to you house and after diagnostic is done they tell you that they cannot fix your appliance.Extremely unprofessional and unfair. Please, don't use them!

*****. ******* factory repair of failed new dishwasher. Scheduled for 9a-1p. Called at 11:30a, and they said they would arrive between 4p-6p. No apologies, just matter of fact. Then when I said i needed them earlier, they said they would just cancel my appointment. If ******* is going to be this bad, they should just get out of this market. Great phones, AWFUL customer **********************. ********************** is AWFUL.

April 1st I ordered a75 inch** online from BestBuy , that tv has never been hung on the wall, the screen protection foil has never been removed. On June 23,a bright line appeared on **from one side to the other. I called best buy and they redirected me to the ******* service center to make an appointment. ******* Service changed the appointment 3 times, the reason was that at least 2 people were needed for such a large **, that's what they told me. Finally, on Wednesday a week ago 07.10.2024 .a guy from the ******* service center came to my house at 6 p.m.this man was alone, he took some pictures of the** and after 5 minutes he decided to take the ** with him to the Servis. I was surprised by this decision, because I had been informed earlier that the ** would be repaired at my home. How great was my surprise when this man grabbed my 3-month-old **, without any protection or box, and started carrying it from the first floor to the car. I felt in my stomach that something bad might happen, because it was impossible that this guy would be able to safely carry my ** to the car like that. Without hesitation, I grabbed my phone and started recording it, informing him about it. he dragged my ** along the ground, stairs, and hit it many times until he finally broke the corner of the ** on the metal railing supporting the roof. the impact was so strong that the entire roof shook. I recorded this moment! then he leaned the ** against his car, placing it directly on the pavement. then he put it in a box that clearly said that it should be done by 2 People. I tried to file a complaint the same day. I have been referred from number to number for a week now, ******* service center does not accept any responsibility for the situation. they claim that they replaced the screen and the ** is ready to give it to me. The problem is that I do not accept the acceptance of this ** which already had problems and was later broken by a ******* service employee.

Bottom Line Up Front: *HSN answered the phone 1 out of the 6 times I attempted to call over several days, wasting >1hr. No voicemails were ever returned.*I was rescheduled because they failed to order parts until the day of the appointment and not when the appointment was booked more than a week prior.*They rescheduled me for a Sunday despite the fact they'd be closed. *I would have had to waste a total of 2 business days and a weekend day if I hadn't cancelled.I tried to have HSN repair my *************************** scheduled me for a 6 hour window in the middle of a work day. A few days prior to the appointment, I received a voicemail asking to call them back. I called 5 times over the next few days. Each time I waited on hold for 10 minutes until I was sent to voicemail or disconnected and no one ever returned my voicemails. The day of the appointment I received a text from them asking to authorize the use of certain parts needed for the repair, even though I had already acknowledged that parts might be required when I first booked the appointment. I confirmed the text message and replied asking for an update but I received no response. 2 hours into my appointment window I received an email stating that my appointment had been rescheduled at my request but I made no such request. I called their number again and finally got through to someone who said that they had to reschedule because they needed to order the parts, even though they already knew what the job was 7+ days ago when I originally scheduled this and had the opportunity to order the parts prior to our appointment day. I was told that the new appointment time given in my email wasn't actually when someone would come since it was a Sunday and they dont work on the weekend but the man on the phone believed a tech might come out on the next Monday. I would have wasted several more hours on Sunday waiting for a tech that would never come. I cancelled the appointment.

New location in Rochester Newyork, but same company. My washer wasnt starting due to the latch not locking, and the code that was displaying on the washer implied the same issue. Knowing this,it was communicated many times the "problem" At first they believed it was the board yup 130 diagnostic test, change the board, to find out that wasn't the problem,it was the latch the entire time(go figure right) so 350 dollars later,it was the latch!!! 350 for a latch change! Never again, won't recommend,!!!
