    Urgent Improvement ***************** Appliance Repair Services and Product Quality I am writing this review out of a deep sense of frustration and disappointment with ********* appliance repair services and the recurring issues with their products, specifically *****************. My experience with the repair services, managed through the Home Service Network, has been highly unsatisfactory, and it's time ******* addressed these concerns seriously. The lack of responsiveness from the Home Service Network is a significant problem. Despite ********* claims of contacting customers, my experience says otherwise. The absence of communication and prolonged response times have left me, and undoubtedly many others, in a state of inconvenience and annoyance. This lack of efficient customer ********************** is unacceptable, particularly when dealing with essential household appliances. In conclusion, the Home Service Network current approach to appliance repairs is profoundly lacking in ************************

    Nightmare to deal with. On October 20,2023 a repair from Home Service Network representing ******* came to fix my ice maker. He removed the frozen over ice maker and put broken parts in my sink along with 4 water saturated bath towels. When done he picked up broken ice maker and placed it in a garbage bag and left. A little while later I tried to use my garbage disposal but it seized up due to a s**** lodging itself against the garbage disposal wall. I called him back and he returned a couple of days later but couldnt remove s**** He assured me his company would call and send a plumber to fix it. That was a month ago. I have called ******* who wrote them an email twice but unfortunately *** has never replied to them or me. Home Service Network never answers their phone so I leave detailed messages 6xs now with zero response. Its Thanksgiving is in a couple of days and I have come to the conclusion that no one will be responsible nor honorable. I will have to dig into my savings and see if s plumber will be able to fix my issue. Im an elderly woman on a fixed income and neither ******* nor Home Service Network cares!

    ******* sent a tech to my house from home service network. I was informed it was a courtesy appointment.The tech ****** was sent to my house literally on the phone and told me it could be a fan compressor. He also informed me that the part is not available and I would have to call ******* to see when it will be available.He then threaten me to pay or I will be blacklisted.I advise him it was a courtesy from *******, he got in my face and asked for payment. I was trying to call ******* to resolve the payment and he grab and threw his clipboard into the bag and. Screaming out loud in my face to me fine and you will be blacklisted and no one will come fix your fridge. I felt threaten by his behavior and then he barged and slammed my front door so loud.This is u acceptable behavior to have a raging tech sent to my house by ******* and home network.I am appalled at this behavior and grateful my daughter was upstairs and came down to the commotion in the mist of the tech getting nasty with me.This is unacceptable . I quickly called ******* to report this incident with the tech sent to my home.They have had this escalated in their system.They have the audacity to bill me for what ******* said is a courtesy covered visit. Never mind my freezer on my fridge is reading 57 degrees and my ice maker is not working on a. 2 year old fridge. He told me you have a broken ice maker beside fan and compressor.Unbelievable Worse business , will never do business with them

    ZERO!!! My new drier is making a rattling noise. Service guy spends 5min with it, somehow manages to take a picture of the bottom of the drier when Im not watching him and says there is a physical damage, motor is bend up and it makes the drum scratching. Take it back where I got it, bc they don't fix physical damage. I checked it with my husband later on, and there is nothing wrong with the bottom and the drum. I got played. Called the big company for another ticket#, HSN waited a week to accept !! it and after talking to a guy on the phone, sending the pics to him I made of the drier he says I have to pay now, bc there is a physical damage on my file and it is not cowered by the warranty. I keep saying I need someone to come, see it there is no damage and find out the real problem the drier has. The guy says it doesn't matter what he sees on the pics, I have to pay bc its a physical damage on my file. A TOTAL SCAM !! Be aware **!!So I refused to acknowledge the damage and they cancelled my ticket #. Here we go...The drier under warranty, the big company works with these F888S and you can't do anything about it...They give the ticket# to them so now what?? I want to *** them...If there is enough complaints I hope someone starts a shitstorm and I will be gladly part of it!! Let me know!

    Absolutely horrible service! Can't think of a company who provides worse service. Took multiple days of reaching out and got no response. Got a call a few days later and was told they would be arriving in 20min on a work day after not hearing anything from them. Calls and emails never get answered

    Very bad service from rep who picks up the call. They didnt like me asking questions about the estimated charges and blocked me out of service. They also lied with a note saying tech went to my house and customer was aggressive. None of their technician came to my house to fix it.

    Astonishingly poor service. They are the regional ****** service center, but there is an utter lack of communication between HSN and ******** I have a ******* dryer that is under warranty, that will not work due to an error code. On two separate days, I left work for appointments to meet HSN technicians, where ******* assured me that a technican will be there, and no one showed up. No communications. ******* cannot even reach HSN to fund out the status of my appointments. I will never purchase a ******* appliance again.

    Company fails on all levels. They completely failed to contact me after scheduling the service. Then they completely failed to show up. They do not answer phone calls. They do not return voicemails nor emails. One wonders how they can maintain a business license.

    They were contracted by ******* to repair my fridge's icemaker that is in warranty. ******* made 4 tickets with them and Home Service cancelled all the appointments citing that the repair was not covered under the warranty and wanted to charge ** out of pocket. I contacted a supervisor at Home Service Network, who confirmed that ******* sent over the ticket info and confirmed that ******* stated the repair is in warrant and covered but Home Service still insisted that we pay them out of pocket. They are thieves.
