  Our ******* microwave was less than 6 months old when I had to call for service. The microwave would not stop running (fire hazard), unless I fully unplugged it. I called ******* customer ********************** and was given a time they could come work on it. I took a day off of work, they were supposed to come between 8am-12pm. The technician called at 1pm to say he'd be there between 3-4:30pm. Apparently the person who scheduled overbooked him (this took numerous phone calls and a convo with the manager to find this out). The technician came, told me he couldn't work on it because it was mounted (no one told me to unmount it and my husband was away, this is not a 1 person job). Said all he would have done is fix the latches - clearly something bigger was wrong since it wouldn't stop running. So after over 8 hours of waiting, they didn't even fix it. I could not get a hold of anyone, was put on hold for over 30 mins, and was told they can't exchange or refund my money. They wanted me to schedule another time for a service technician to come, even though I'd already taken a full day off of work with no results. I will never buy another ******* product.

  My ******* 83" ** in perfect physical condition stopped working. HSN technician came to my home, and upon arrival, at my request, confirmed to me that my ** was not damaged visibly and proceeded to attempt to repair it.In taking the back of the ** off, broke the bezel of the **. Repair was unsuccessful and was told that additional parts would need to be added.The next day, I received a call indicating that ******* was given a report that the ** was damaged before the tech arrived and that my warranty was voided.Tech came, ineptly broke my ** and my entire investment in a ******* product was down the drain.This company should not be in business, or at least not as a REPAIR company

  RUN don't walk if you are asked to use this company. The repair person came out to repair my ******* washer and did not tighten a s**** on the inside. A few months later my washing machine made loud noises so I called another company to come out and they informed me the tech from Home Service Network did not tighten a screw.I was forced to buy another washer because it needed another drum which would be the cost of a new washing machine.I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY a ZERO!!!!!
