    I ordered a frame for a photo of my deceased in-laws. It is beautiful. There was a problem with delivery (NOT this company's fault!), and I called to let them know. They were very concerned and are addressing it with the delivery company.

    There's a reason I have been a customer for 14 years. Not only does ********************** sell high quality frames at great prices and delivers them quickly with no damages, they also have great customer service. I recently received a large order with one frame that I needed for a gift missing. I somehow missed the email from SAF that the item was damaged and was their last one. When I chose a replacement frame, the shipping was going to cost $11.95 since the order didn't meet the $150 free shipping limit. I called **************** to explain what happened. Even though SAF had notified me via email that the frame was unavailable and offered me a replacement before the large order shipped, **************** believed me that I never received the email and happily credited me for the $11.95 shipping for the new frame. They recognized me for my loyal 14 years of business. That's what great companies do!!! Thank you SAF.

    Thanks so much to Sendaframe, who shipped my order before another online vendor even returned my call. They featured a quality, hard-to-find item (easel back only for 5x7 frame) for the best price around and gave me an affordable, super fast shipping option. I will definitely order from them again.

    Customer support was fabulous!! My representative was friendly, efficient, and went well out of his way to assure that my order was received by Christmas. The package was packaged well so there was no damage to the frames during shipping. I highly recommend using them!!! You will definitely be glad you did!
