  Just want to say that you folks are great at what you do. I think this is the second time Ive ordered and you make it such a smooth process. User-friendly website. Easy ordering and payment. Fast (fast!) delivery, and the frames are wrapped and boxed with so much care.

  They were the only ones that carried the frame we were looking for to complete a grouping. They shipped fast and packed it very well. Their communication was excellent. They emailed me when it shipped and when it arrived and they had helpful links in their emails. I didnt have to contact them but they seem very accessible. I had not heard of this company and took a chance after reading their story, reviews and policies. I am glad I did and I will come back to this company when I need my next frame.

  The quality of this frame is far better than frames I have ordered from other companies. First it comes packaged in a beautiful box so its protected. I ordered the *************************** Company 4x12. The mitered edges are invisible! Gorgeous!!!! The back of the frame has 2 hanging options and a desktop option. High quality. I am an artist and buy frames for my pieces. Send a Frame will be my go to from now on. Very satisfied customer.

  Incredible find. A friend recommended send-a-frame for a quick but special gift I needed. I can't thank them enough. ******* on their live chat walked me through an engraved gift for a couple I'm spending weekend with. They are engraving it yesterday and shipped it with free 2-day shipping to the beach house. Well, I got to the friends and ***** had delivered it already ahead of time. Price was the same I'd expect at my macys or bloomingdales but they did so much more. These people are wonderful.

  I was thoroughly pleased with all that this company did to help me through my order. We purchase frames every year for our high school theatre seniors as a graduation gift. I placed an order for 23 frames and there were not enough for all of the students. I placed it the best way I could, but did not get it all the way correct for what we needed. I received a call from *****. He walked me through the entire process, start to finish. He also made sure that I received the order in time for the ceremony for our students. In addition he helped defray our shipping costs and ensured that every student received a beautifully engraved frame with not only our standard engraved sentence, but a new feature of including the theatre logo. As fate would have it, they did not arrive as scheduled. ***** jumped back into *************** with me to make it happen. And it did happen. The frames were breathtaking upon their arrival. I was absolutely delighted with them. Our parents were so proud to give these to our students as a final gift from the ************** group. I was and still am beyond thrilled and thoroughly pleased with my interaction with Sendaframe this year. On behalf of our students, and parents, thank you ***** and Sendaframe for making this such a wonderful experience.

  I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for incredible customer service and well stocked inventory. My goal was to expand a family collage wall with frames that matched the ones I had already used. I was disappointed but not surprised when I had difficulty locating the same frames since the original ones were purchased in 2009. After an extensive online search, Sendaframe was one of two company that had any stock. The first company I contacted had only two and were asking a ridiculously high price which, in desperation, I decided to order. My major mistake was not contacting Sendaframe first. They were able to supply me with the other ten frames that I needed. I was so excited about this but then it got even better. I received a phone call from a Sendaframe representative informing me that the company had noticed my order of the two higher priced frames. They took the initiative to cancel this order and add the two to my larger order - at the lower price!!Today I decided to call the company to thank them for this amazing and unexpected customer service. I had the pleasure of talking to another representative who was delightful - friendly and professional with obvious pride in the company and it's mission to provide excellent customer service. I only wish I could give Sendaframe an even higher rating!!!

  I had the most amazing experience with this company for *********** gifts. I wanted special engraving in several items, including a silver baby cup. I'm not sure why there name is SendAFrame and not sendthings. I found them on ******* Anyway, I did wait until the last minute (3 days ago) and asked the online chat woman if it was possible to arrive on time. Not only did the rep say they could, she said that the rush charge was not needed and to just give her the order #s when paid for. Wow! She upgraded the shipping for free and even gave me free shipping on 2 because she said ground would arrive in same time. I didn't ask, she just didit. Next day, I got tracking information and there was a note that they corrected a dumb spelling mistake I made. One grandchild got his gift today and my daughter in-law said it was beautifully gift boxes and wrapped.She said a truck going over it wouldn't have hurt it. I didn't pay anything extra for that. Their prices were lower than amazon, which I love. Much lower on one thing. Fantastic company. I'll be back soon.

  I've been a customer of ********************** since 2017, and there's good reason for that. Their selection of framing options is unbeatable and competitively priced. More importantly, the customer service I have received during each of my transactions has been so extraordinary, that I could see paying more based strictly on the way Sendaframe.com treats customers. Most recently, I had the pleasure of being assisted by ***** via the live chat system. I voiced my concerns about needing the exact model I had ordered many years ago. Sure enough, ***** located the 6-year-old transaction and informed me that these units were still available. I've experienced many levels of effort by "customer service" reps, but never experienced the level of honest-to-goodness assistance until I did today. ***** made me a repeat customer of ********************** for life, and even gave my faith in humanity a boost!   Six months ago, I had a particular frame in mind and tried ordering it with Blick and *******, only to be met with disappointment on their limited stock and plan to discontinue the model. Along the way, I discovered SendAFrame and was delighted to see they had it in stock with a better price. My (11) 11"x14" frames were delivered on time and arrived safely (I was worried about 11 pieces of glass) thanks to their thoughtful packaging (some next level bubble wrap).Today, I needed more frames/albums and based on my past experience, I thought of SendAFrame. But this time, I needed assistance, so for 30+ minutes I had the pleasure of speaking with *****. He was Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, and Patient - the REAL EMBODIMENT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. As we discussed my framing project, ***** listened, answered all my questions, gave alternatives to consider, and even suggested I wait to receive the frames/albums before ordering more. When family and friends ask if I know of a good ready-made framing place, I always recommend SendAFrame and ***** !
