    Bought an engraved frame for my daughters wedding with the date and name of her and her husband and it looked even more stunning than I could have imagened. It came very quickly and looked gorgeous with her engagement photo placed inside, recommending for the perfect gift for anyone!

    This is my 4th time buying with SendAFrame and my first time buying something custom engraved and omg the service was amazing! Used their live online help to try to find a certain frame in the size I wanted and then I just typed in what I wanted it to say and boom! 2 days later its at my door in perfect condition looking even better than it did on my screen!     I always check with BBB before doing business with a company that I am not familiar with. This is so with Sendaframe. I ordered a frame that requires engraving. Though there were problems through some misunderstanding (on my part) and shipping, the company was courteous and quickly rectified all matters. **************** was excellent!!

    These people are SO nice. I was speaking to the rep online that I have used for years, *****, and she told me about a review here that she said was malicious. I see it now - and I am glad to come to their defense with a review that I hope will help this wrong. I have purchased my holiday gifts from send-a-frame for several years and have only received the highest quality products and service. Their prices are terrific and they price matched when I ask about. They have even gone above and beyond! 2 years ago ***** somehow lost my order that had engraving. When I called them (yes - they answer the phone!) they took ownership of the problem and shipped a completely new order with air service that saved the day. What company does that now a days? I am a huge online shopper and I can tell you that no one works like these folks. I do get the same couple of people each time i have used their online texting, so I gues they are a small company. Well then small company really works for me. Thank you send-a-frame for a wonderful experience every time. I hope this helps.

    I just spent a good amount of time on the phone with a wonderful representative, he listened to what I needed, which was an odd size and he painstaking went through all the possibilities with me. He helped me select a couple of beautiful frames. I was impressed with the vast selection and incredible support!
