On June 16, 2024 I ordered the club-required soccer kit for my child, paying $282.43 for all of the items. As of 10/16/2024 the order has still not been completely fulfilled. This means a full season of soccer without the required items that were fully paid for months ago.
I have reached out to customer service several times for updates on order fulfillment. I have no faith that we will receive the rest of the items in the order and will continue to scramble to borrow uniforms from other players in order to participate in games. I would like recompense for the uniforms and shipping as we have played this season without the required kit.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 sets of uniforms on 8/2/2024. The confirmation email indicates that the jerseys will ship within 4-5 weeks.
On 8/22, I contacted Capelli sport and asked that IF they hadn't started on my order yet, could they please adjust the size of one of the jerseys to Adult Medium. I was told at that time, that my order was being worked on and would be shipped soon so they could not change the size.
It is now 10/16 (nearly 11 weeks later) and my order has not shipped. Every time I contact Capelli sport customer service, it takes 3-4 business days for a response and they tell me that my order should ship "by the end of the week" and if it does not, please contact them again. I have already contacted them NUMEROUS times and still have no idea when my order will ship.
I have also asked in every email communication with them why they weren't able to change my jersey size for my older child to an adult medium and even let them know that I would be willing to wait longer if necessary for his since he doesn't start playing and I get zero reply regarding that matter. They simply ignore the question and let me know that my order will "ship soon".

I ordered my daughters travel team uniforms back on 8/8, as I was a little late to ordering them as opposed to my daughters team who ordered them 2 weeks prior to me, but still within the 4-6 week delivery that Capelli promised. It is now 10/15 and the only thing I received are black capelli socks out of a 9 item order that totals $206.99. Same as every other complaint on here; emailed back and forth with estimated dates of “this week or the following week” and then this week I received an email from customer service saying my issue had been “Solved”, which obviously it has NOT because all I have are black socks. They are now ignoring my emails and there is no phone number for me to call and reach out to them. They need to be shut down and criminal charges should be filed against them. From the looks of all of these complaints, they have taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from customer dating back even to May 2024 and teams have no received their uniforms nor a refund.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on 6/26/24 for a soccer uniform kit for my daughter's team uniform that included multiple items with Capelli. Received a confirmation email stating the order would ship "within 4-5 weeks from the day you place the order." I have not received any of the ordered items and today is 10/12/24. Capelli engages in dishonest business practices. They never contacted me to explain the delay or to offer me a refund or an accurate, revised shipment date. They sent me a false email on 8/5/24 stating that they were sending a partial shipment of my order. However, when I clicked on the **** tracker in that email it stated only that Capelli had printed a label. They had not dropped off any packages to ****. I did not receive anything. I followed up with their customer service on 9/14/24, submitting a complaint via their website because that is the only way to contact them. I received replies from their customer service on 9/18/24 advising me that they were closing my ticket and that I would receive the order within a week. (Pasted in customer service representative's emails below.) I placed an order on July 3, 2024 for uniforms and never received the remaining 3 items in my order. Apparently, it was shipped in August but I was told last week (Septemer 30, 2024) that the package was lost in transit. I have not received an email confirmation with new shipping information. When will the order ship? If it cannot be fulfilled, I'd like a refund. The company should not be charging customers prior to fulfilling orders.Initial Complaint

On June 19th 2024 I placed an order from Capelli sports for my son’s Soccer gear. Which included a lot of items and I am still waiting for items going on four months now. I have over 30 emails back and fourth with Capelli about the issue. They took full payment on June 19th. I am waiting on the pants I ordered that matches my son’s warmup uniform. Capelli has no phone number to call and takes days for them to return a email. And they don’t give you an answer anyway. I placed an order for the required kits and practice jerseys (8 total items) for my daughter on June 17th. Email confirmation states products should be delivered 4-5 weeks later. I received one item on August 12, but have yet to receive any of the other 7 items. It has now been over 16 weeks. Most players on the team have an issue with an item or 2 still, but we are the only ones on the team who have not received the practice jerseys with most having them for multiple months. I have emailed multiple times and have always been told that they should be shipped on or around the next Friday from their response. Items never come though. As of the last 2 emails on 9/24 and 10/1 they have completely stopped responding. Our Fall season is over in 6 days. This is absolutely unacceptable.Initial Complaint

We placed our order on June 26, 2024 with an expected ETA of 4 to 5 weeks. After waiting several months on 910 2024 I received an email that it was being shipped however, no package arrived and the tracking says it is still out for delivery. I informed customer service. Robert said that the order would be refilled on 9/24. I emailed once again on 9/30 looking for a tracking number, but have not had any reply to any of my emails or phone calls since. We paid almost $500 for this required uniform from our club soccer team And Capelli sports has not delivered the product within the contract time.Initial Complaint

We ordered my son's 3 soccer uniforms in July. The season started in August. It's October, and we have still not received his uniforms. Season is almost over! As a matter of fact, the whole soccer program hasn't received theirs. Truly despicable. I'm embarrassed for Capelli as a company.
