I did not personally choose the use of this business for my package delivery. I made an order from another company, and they chose this service to get my package to the ****. According to the tracking number provided my package has been in Woodridge Illinois for 6 days and the **** is still waiting to receive it. This is pretty unacceptable in my opinion.Initial Complaint

Received a cheap dress that is definitely not worth whatever I paid and I can’t even figure out the name of the site I bought it from or how much it was. I saw a shipping notification for it the other day and it said I paid like $30 or something and now cannot find it again. This item is cheap and looks like a tablecloth from the dollar store. Package with china post tracking number AT386880735CN was returned to sender to this company at **** ***********************************************************. I have called, faxed, wriiten a letter and contacted on ******** all in an effort to try to get my package re-delivered. I have ********** tracking proof that this package was returned to them at the above address on 4-29-24. I believe there may be a problem with my street address on the package. Yet even my phone number is on the package postal label. Yet all my efforts have been unrespond too. Why not contact me and give me an avenue to try to reclaim my package. A package from this company has been sending me emails and in the last email it said a name and I checked it online and saw these reviews. This business advertised a product online that I click to look at and thought about buying but never completed the transaction, this company based in ***** still went ahead and charged my PayPal account. I sent many emails asking to cancel the order, to no avail. After many weeks I received the product and it did not look like anything they advertised and it was very damaged, this company is a scam.
