    ******* claims to have completed the order with the impression it was delivered and they are taking no responsibility. The item is tracked to be still with Habit delivery company. Habit claims to have sent to **** on 11/30. 11 days later. Cannot contact Habit (no listing for phone or email. Customer support "non-deliverable". Tracking link for website does not open (times and and says "does not exist"). Trying to obtain item by 12/18 at the latest and it appear stuck. We have finished processing your order.     I ordered from ****-**** and looked pretty thoroughly to make sure it wasn't coming from China. I ordered on Nov 11th and these were supposed to be Christmas gifts. My package is also 'stuck' in Woodridge, IL for 10 days now. No more internet ordering for me. I will also be filing a report with the BBB on ****-****.

    I purchase and eagles jacket off of TikTok. This company was supposed to receive my package last week. It update to my package leaving the same facility on the 6th of December just for all the updates to stop. I reached out to that company numerous of times for my money and they still didn’t answer on the TikTok shop.

    I ordered a package and HABIT PARCEL EBUSINESS INT LTD has had my package since November 20th, and keeps updating the tracking as departed shipping partner facility. After speaking to **** I was informed that is a generic response. Habit is scamming people and the contents of that package are irreplicable. I want my package and something needs to be done about this shipping service.

    Ordered a christmas present and the package has not been sent. I get generic email saying it will ship in 2-3 days. You cannot contact them. Order placed 11/26/2024, shipping label created only due to multiple emails, another **** update on 12/5 but says package still hasnt arrived at site.

    This package has been sitting at their establishment since November 25th waiting to be taken to ****. If they are unable to process the order and make deliver, then they shouldn't accept packages to be delivered.

    Ten days ago (as of Nov 7) Orthowalkway gave my package (shoes) for delivery to me. The package is still sitting with them 10 days later.
