  This company is fraud! It preys on senior citizens and their vulnerability. We learned about this company after my mother recently passed away. They suckered her in by a tape-recording answering questions. How does the *********** allow this scam? This company and each of the employees will have seats in h*** for the actions against these poor seniors.

  My 94 year old mother lives alone. She was told that SunSea Energy LLC was with PSEG. Her bill last month for PSEG was $49.00, SunSea Energy charged her an additional &******. I cancelled SunSea energy for her, but what about the money she was overcharged for the past few months totaling over $1,000.00. How can a business be allowed to rob seniors like this. Please help her recover the overpayment.

  Nothing but a scam, was added to my bill without my consent or knowledge. We had a guy come and knock on our door asking about our rates for our power and wanted to try to get us to switch. We declined and yet still was able to switch us without our knowledge, us signing, or any other form of approval! Will charge you as normal then all the sudden randomly charge your almost double once they think you wont notice. They have had a fraud lawsuit already that they were able to dismiss the $2.5 million fine they only paid $400,000! I do not know how they are still able to operate let alone stay open!

  ************ was added to my bill without my knowledge.My bill was averaging around $100.00 a month. It went up to $300.00 The rate on my energy charge was .09 the next month it went to .18 ************ is a scam

  Several weeks ago I had an individual in a high-vis vest (no logo) come to my door asking me if I had received my $50 credit from BGE. She never identified herself nor who she worked for, she immediately pulled out her personal phone and called BGE's account service line then continued to pressure me into giving her my account number or SSN. I told her several times I wasn't comfortable giving that information when several of her (I'm assuming) coworkers came up to the entrance of my apartment building and starting yelling up to her what to say to me to reassure me this was legit. This was NOT legit, I felt so unsafe and pressured that I entered my account number just to get them away from my door. They promised I'd get an email (which was a lie) and then they left. No signed paperwork, I still had no idea who they were until I received a notice in my mail from BGE informing me of my change in energy provider. My bill then jumped more than $100 despite our energy consumption being even less than previous months. I saw multiple of these people walking around my community likely scamming my neighbors as well. Practices such as this should not be allowed and this company should not be able to continue to operate.

  This company was added as a third party to my PSE&G bill with out my knowledge or consent. This is fraudulent activity and needs to be stopped. This is causing stress and anxiety. And costing me much more then the original bill.

  These people are thieves. They will lie to you about reducing your bill and they will be charging you 3times what you normally pay.I dont know why they are still in business.You call them to cancel and they have to charge you 3times before canceling.**************** and they claim you cant talk to a manager.

  I am currently seeking a lawsuit to join on these people. These people are liars and scammers! My **** is 300 more than usual and Im in a **** apartment. My energy is about to be cut off because I cant pay this and support my children! They lied and seriously need to be shut down
